Does this even work?
My experience with the TBank Remit app has been stalled at the registration stage for nearly two weeks. After my initial KYC verification was rejected, I followed the provided instructions and reached out to support. The WhatsApp contact directed me to email, where I received a short, unhelpful message saying my verification was
"under process." Despite following all procedures, I've been left waiting for 12 days without any clear update or timeline. The registration process itself is clunky, and the customer support for new users seems unresponsive and inefficient. It's impossible to use the app when you can't even get registered.
