Trying to simply create an account however the confirm password button doesn’t work.
Can’t find anywhere for tech support as it just sends you to the main website which doesn’t seem set up for mobile. Tried to log in there and finally entered all my product details and it lead to a page that no longer exists and nothing has saved. Really frustrating when paying £17.50 a month on this.

Pathetic insurance company
I have been paying this company to insure my device for more than a year. I filed a claim because of accident loss. They rejected it on technical basis that I was using other sim in phone. I had one device damaged, repairer didn’t show up after taking payment for it. They cancelled my that claim as well. Pathetic pathetic pathetic

In my life I think I made one wrong decision and it’s I buy tech pack insurance.I think this insurance company is scam.once you buy you scam your self.it’s only one way to connect with customers care is if they call you otherwise you never contact them.

Worst techpak insurance company when it comes to taking your money but not helping you.
The worst insurance company when it comes to helping their customers claim insurance. If you try to claim insurance they will take ages to get back to you and ask you for more details that you cannot provide. There are two thief’s in this situation. One that stole my phone and this insurance that will take money from me on time but cannot help me. Be aware do not take insurance with this company!
