Absolute trash app. And why does an app so small take up GIGABYTES ON MY PHONE
Only giving it a 1 star because you cant select 0 stars
What a great idea an app that constantly takes up more and more storage space on your phone that you cant delete. Not to mention the selectivity of what photos/videos it allows you to upload. This app is straight garbage and I hate that were forced to use this everyday. Please fix it or remove the app from app store.

App just sucks
App all around is terrible most of my videos upload with no sound forcing me to do it over again or upload from my phone videos also are like playing the lotto when uploading
Annoying
I sued this app for video inspection for my dealership and I don’t like it. Videos sometime don’t record anything . I had videos not go through and I have to restart my phone to record the video again
Why fix it, its not broken.
No one asked for a UI update? I do dozens of videos for my dealership a day, when you put the cancel button in place of the button used to send a video to the client you’re really shooting yourself in the foot here. I’ve canceled numerous videos on accident today. Please do not update the UI any further than this and remove the cancel button where the “add to RO” button is after shooting a video.

We’ve reached dystopian levels of stupidity in conjunction with this app. How are we as technicians reprimanded for having low video counts when time and time again several different people have mentioned in these very user reviews that the app is “spotty” and “difficult to use.” Not to mention the in person feedback here in the shop I work at. Several people have mentioned that their videos send, yet feedback from our corporate entities say otherwise. Now we’re being graded based on the reliability of a third party application that communicates service issues to customers. The entire concept of this app is complete and udder nonsense. The goal was to make our lives easier but now the very use of an illegitimate and frankly fraudulent app is hindering my performance at work. God bless technicians because they’re really going through it these days.

Unfortunately I’m forced to use this app for my MPI videos
Videos are never clear as my actual phone camera and laggy randomly when video is showed to the customer.
Intruptions
Every time there is a notification interruption this app will lose the video just made
Can’t even log in
Have no error codes and won’t let me log in, videos do not upload after recording on the app which forces us to repeat the process hoping it works. Was working fine until the most recent update.

Failure to upload media, hit the stop button and it deletes what you’ve recorded….gray screen when you finish a video… freezing when starting video…. Reliability issues…. Please guys, we work flat rate and every minute counts and we have to deal with this terrible application because our dealers force us to. Please work on these issues

Cancel button location
This app was great before, had minimal issues worked for what it is needed for. Now they added a cancel button exactly where the submit button used to be. Now everytime you go to hit submit out of habit you push cancel and have to make the same video over again. Remove cancel button!!

On the newest update the location of the cancel button is placed right where the video stop button is. I’ve accidentally deleted at least 10 videos.

Developers: fix the issues already.
I have to use this app for my job and it’s actually the most garbage unreliable app I’ve ever used. There’s multiple reviews explaining the issues. If you are a company looking for an app like this DO NOT USE THIS APP PLEASE
Waste of my time
App does not work,I tried over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again,I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again and it still doesn’t work,at this point I’m deleting it for good.

Crashes a lot/camera never focuses
Please at least make it so the camera can focus. Can’t seem to get help reporting bugs either. Extremely clunky app. Late model iPhone cameras will not focus. The dealership isn’t supplying any devices to me that I could use either. Please please please fix the camera focus issue. Every other app that uses my camera works flawlessly just this app. Adding photos or videos from my media library usually results in failure or many duplicated submissions.

i have to use this app for my job and my BIGGEST complaint is:
i prefer to use my actual camera to record my videos, edit them myself and then i upload the finished video to the app and submit it. they keep a record of every video you upload which is good but why don’t you have a way to offload that data??
the app now takes up 50GB on my phone to the point where that’s pretty much the only thing i can have without having to delete my own personal data and it’s really starting to be an issue, a work app shouldn’t be taking up the majority of the space on my personal phone.

Sound issues
App is horrible, video sent to customer can not be heard or barely heard. It is up to date and screen goes white
Camera shows white when recording
When trying to take a picture or record video the camera shows a white screen. It will show up that it recorded normal after recording but it makes it hard to know if you’re actually getting a good video until after you are done.
