Brilliant Idea, Wrong CC Company.
I love the idea of this credit card. However, the app is not great. The credit card company is poor at best as you have to ensure everything is going through. If they would’ve went through a Capital One this would be a completely different review.
They literally steal your money
They lost my cash back check of over $200 and will not help me get it back or refund me. Absolutely worst company and customer service.

Student Loan App
Love the company but hate that there’s no earnest student refinancing app… hopefully they are in works of making one. I know other loan companies have options to pay off their loans via a phone app and it just makes it easier to pay off.

Promising for future loan app
Writing this review mainly because so many people are writing reviews asking for an app for the student loans. I’ve seen some things saying they’re working on a new app for their loans. They DID have an app before and deactivated it when they started doing the website remodel. I check periodically and this credit card and app associated with it are relatively new. They are making progress on the remodel and I’m assuming this app is a test drive of the new layout and such. Based on this app in comparison to the loan app I had for earnest before, they’re on the right track.

It’s not verifying me I have tried 5 times already I take picture of my driver license and do the selfie and it tells me the same thing every time it not accepting my information.I never had a problem verifying before even cash app does the same thing and was able to verify me just fine something is wrong with your app

I don’t understand why there is no loan app for the main thing that earnest is ? You have a credit card app but no student loan app ?????? Make it make sense! They are still in phase 1 on the website when it comes to remodeling the structure of the loan company, they have been in phase 1 for several months now !!!!!!
