The app gets worse and worse
Not only can’t I select the news I want to see, they now push a load of minutiae at the top like a tabloid. I have to scroll past tons of sports news which is always in great depth on he home page but I can’t get to the news that actually mattes without having to dig around.
This would be an easy tweak to make to revert to the old style app which was much better but the developers would rather ignore subscribers.
It doesn’t automatically download news so keeps searching when I’m on the tube. Like the app, the journalism has also deteriorated of late as they chase scandals for eyeballs rather than focusing on quality journalism.

Keeps pausing
Has recently become almost unusable. Several times a minute it will pause for 10-20 seconds. Particularly noticeable when doing the crossword but even just scrolling is so bad. What have you done?
