Poor usability
The app forces re-authentication every time you leave the app for a second to check receipt details in your photos app on your mobile device. This causes the user to have to start their expense filing all over from the beginning. This is the only reason I use the app so someone should be testing and fixing this to save your users time and frustration

Amazingly easy to use!
Buggy and endless verification codes.
The app sends me a verification code, I leave the app to go to my email to get the verification code. OOPS! You left the app time for another verification code! It’s actually impossible to set up my account because my phone is my main device.
Edit: it took 9 rounds of verification codes to set up my account to a serviceable state. I am being 100% serious when I say that it’s easier to transfer thousands of dollars from my bank account than it is to set up this service.

Easy to use
It makes my life easier to have this app I can upload receipts right away and get paid same day
Buggy
It serves this purpose, but it is often difficult to do what you need to do. There are bugs throughout the app that interrupt what you’re trying to accomplish. If you try to switch back-and-forth between this app and another app to get the information you need out and you have to sign back in and start over again. Could be excellent with a few upgrades.

Can’t log in it says “we care about your privacy please, select a verification method” BUT THERES NO CHOICES THE SCREEN IS JUST WHITE!!!! Deleted it the app and downloaded it again AND THE SAME THING KEEPS HAPPENING!!!!

The app has poor UI and isn’t easy to use making reimbursements more difficult than they need to be.

God forbid you get let go from the company, they shut off your card the day that you’re let go, even though they say that your insurance is gonna continue. And if you have a balance of cash on your card and don’t have a way to get reimbursed for it then they keep it so not only does the Company screw you over by letting you go but their FSA provider steals, the money that you’ve paid throughout the year

Everything worked great for a few weeks now after you login and go to the verification page it’s just blank, a white screen, same thing happens when you go to the website. Useless
Unable to login
Takes my username and password but then says needs verification but screen is just blank.
Doesn’t work
I’ve been had an account signed on it reads my faces signs me and then says to verify because they care about my safety but is just a white screen so I can’t verify and I can’t log all the way in. I’ve updated I uninstalled and reinstalled it’s the app doesn’t work properly.
