Ridiculous
This is one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded from the App Store. I wonder what this developer is doing with his/her time? —Certainly not fixing this terribly broken app and website! All I’m trying to do is update my auto payment method. It won’t let me delete my old payment method and it won’t let me add a new one. I’ve tried everything. The app is awful and so is the website when logging in with a web browser (Safari/Chrome). This app & website are a disgrace!

Changing the price after the fact
Hartford change the price on my annual renewal by $120 from the time that I paid for it, to the time that I got the receipt. What the hell is going on!
I’ve heard of bait and switch, but this is completely unethical and morally wrong. Never changed the price after the fact, are you kidding me? Isn’t that illegal as hell?

So far so good
So far, my experience with The Hartford Auto Insurance has been very good. The enrollment process was straightforward, and their customer service has been helpful and professional. Everything has gone smoothly so far, and I’m satisfied with the coverage and service. I hope the experience continues to be this positive.

Ever since you guys updated the app every single FMLA request gets placed “under review” and says “system error” I know you guys are probably trying to use some ridiculous AI software or something just so you know IT DOESNT WORK

The app was barely functional yesterday and It did not include all policies and suddenly there’s an up grade with all fee changes etc.

App doesn’t work! The app just opens up the website which also doesn’t work on any browser or device! I’ve had to call to file all of my claims for the past 3 years!

Worst app ever. I have the Hartford for home and auto policies and the app only recognizes one policy. I was told when I first downloaded the app they were aware and working on this problem. That was over 4 months ago. Get the nearest 3rd grader and I bet they can fix your garbage. Makes me leery of have their insurance for sure. If you can’t fix your app in 4 months, how long to fix my stuff if I need to file a claim.
