Ever since you guys updated the app every single FMLA request gets placed “under review” and says “system error” I know you guys are probably trying to use some ridiculous AI software or something just so you know IT DOESNT WORK

The app was barely functional yesterday and It did not include all policies and suddenly there’s an up grade with all fee changes etc.

App doesn’t work! The app just opens up the website which also doesn’t work on any browser or device! I’ve had to call to file all of my claims for the past 3 years!

Worst app ever. I have the Hartford for home and auto policies and the app only recognizes one policy. I was told when I first downloaded the app they were aware and working on this problem. That was over 4 months ago. Get the nearest 3rd grader and I bet they can fix your garbage. Makes me leery of have their insurance for sure. If you can’t fix your app in 4 months, how long to fix my stuff if I need to file a claim.

Every time I try to login the app state lock did the company lock me out ? If so why
Do not autopay
Not only is there a charge to use a credit card, if you decide to switch to a bank debit to save the $17 fee, they still charge your card anyway. Double the billing. Takes a week and three calls to get your refund. They still charge the extra fee.
This is a good program to have
The program works. I am able to get electronic insurance cards for my iPhone, order hardcopies if necessary and deal with billing. For more granular issues, The Hartford does have a phone number. I also like the logo.
