I finished all my items on the kiosk the realize there’s nowhere for me to input the code. So I had to do it with the register lady all over again…

Don’t have it appear that I don’t need to make an account and then at the end force me to make an account to sell all my data. Also if you’re gonna force me to make an account then let me Sign in with Apple to hide my email (I know you won’t be able to sell my data if I could do that) or have it autocomplete the different fields instead of typing it in in 2025!!!!! We’ve moved on as a species.

cannot order delivery with nearly an hour left until closing
the app uses doordash for delivery. despite being able to order on doordash until 3am, i cannot order delivery in the app if it is after 2am. i just tried to place an order at 2:10am after getting off work, and it is giving me an error because it says it cannot be ready before close. obviously the burger will be ready, even if it isn't delivered. and there’s nothing in the app indicating that i need to order by a certain time. i have submitted at least two complaints within the app regarding this, so maybe a low rating will get this fixed.

App overcharge on delivery fees and later delivery
Using 3rd party to deliver and adding a $7 delivery fee and tip makes ordering on the app not worth it. I wanted to order directly on app as I have loyalty. Next time will order thru delivery app- DoorDash or Uber eats
Good, but…
The food has been good both times I have been here, but the music inside is obnoxiously loud. The person taking our order couldn’t hear us, nor could we hear her. It’s a restaurant, not a disco. Turn it down!
Doesn’t Accept Apple Card
Have to manually upload receipts every time. Update: the developer replied to me suggesting a support email. Unfortunately that was a waste of time, because support just told me Apple Card is not supported, which I already knew. Please find a way to support Apple Card, like a million other apps do. Manually uploading receipts is really tedious.
