Easier to call instead
Very basic functions outweigh the benefit of download the app. It doesn’t recognize when you’re already logged in, the booking process is clunky and as a member you can’t see the status of your monthly credits or how many had rolled over etc.
It doesn’t work
I downloaded this app because I’m a member here. But nothing loads. I’ve tried to creat my account several times, doesn’t work. Extremely poorly designed app.
It’s lacking
Not a fan of website or app. It’s lacking knowing how many massages you have. It never lets me log in. It has me reset password and then it doesn’t work. And it’s not user error because I have tried for four months. I even contacted a manager.
Needs to be fixed
It loads so slowly and booking through it is almost painful. It’s faster to use the website.
Awful functionality
The website directs you to the app. The app doesn’t allow you to see upcoming or past appointments. That section crashes Every. Single. Time. Either build full functionality into the website or fix the app.
