The app is a disappointment
I cannot save items to my wish list as I used to. Now I may have 10 items at most. This is terrible as I like things and I can’t keep track of. Also the available items are very limited now. It used to be a high variety of choice and new items in every day but now it’s only a few. If I search for an item , when I return it takes me back to the starts and it’s extremely time consuming. Please fix this as it’s my go to for shopping!

Simple problems become drawn-out back-and-forths with no real resolution, which is unacceptable for a platform positioned in the luxury space. There is little sense of accountability or urgency, and the overall experience feels frustrating and inefficient.

They advertise to download the app and get 10% off but that excludes so many items. Anything new anything over 70% off. But no where does it say there are exclusions

SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Would give this website 0 stars if I could. Had a problem with an item in my order and it took 4 agents and 30 mins wasted to finally get connected to a supervisor. I explained that the description of the item did not match the pictures which were misleading and hid certain design aspects which he flatly denied and refused to allow me a return citing the item was in good condition and there is no issue so therefore no possibility for a return. What a joke of a website and customer service is HORRENDOUS. BUYER BEWARE you may not be able to return what you purchase. As for me, I’m NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE WHO EMPLOY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Fake rewards program
Reached the mythical ‘threshold’ of purchases. Was told OUTNET ‘updates’ rewards yearly in March…not true & VIP does not exist no matter how much you spend. OUTNET rewards program is a unicorn !
