Can’t connect accounts
The accounts say they’re connected from the bank’s side, but they don’t show up. There’s no way to fix it. I’ve created an entirely new account—same results. I want this to work. It just DOESN’T.
Cannot connect chase cards
This app used to be nice but at some point now none of my credit cards will connect. In particular, Chase Bank is no longer an option to connect for a bank whatsoever. given that Chase is the issue are for several Rewards credit cards this means I can’t connect my United or my sapphire or cards. As a result, the app is now useless - it poorly tracks points from Airlines which I normally do manually myself anyway and offers up a bunch articles that are mostly ads.
I did like the feature that let me see which card was best for transactions, so if the ability to connect to Chase returns, this would dramatically change my rating

Why is it still broken?
The year is 2026. Technology is very advanced. We even have AI. How is it that this app is still broken for months? Read the reviews. Read people’s comments. So much potential and so little improvement.
Rather buggy atm
I’d love to update my rewards balance, maybe if the button would work I could.
Account gone
I went back to the app after not opening for 6-8 months and my account is completely gone. I thought no big deal, it’s easy enough to reset up my credit cards but now the app isn’t responsive when adding any new account. I’ve hit a dead end and it’s frustrating cuz I used to really like the app.
What happened? Will you ever fix it?
Like others, my app is no longer working. I cannot add cards and many pages go to a blank screen. Super disappointing.

Bank failed to sync. Rewards programs failed to sync. Gave up after an hour.

Reviews are horrible and all I see are "we are sorry", going to another points app.
Broken for far too long
This was a nice app, especially for keeping track of my points.
Personal points tracking hasn’t worked for most of 2025.
But the app still has allll my data for all the credit card point programs. So they get my personal financial data, but don’t give anything in return.

Does not work
Took multiple tries to login using my apple account, in the end I had to use the Facebook login, dash board does not load. When adding a card or loyalty program the app does not load anything. App might need a full redesign
Was great but now broken
This app used to be great. It was a great and free place to value all your points and read great articles about credit cards, points, and travel. However, the app has been broken and barely able to be used for months. I’ve seen a lot of other reviews saying the same thing, but there still has not been a fix. Until there’s a fix, it’s pretty difficult and frustrating to use this app.

Wallet didn’t update in years
Last update was two years ago. All the accounts have stale information. Only getting errors when trying to refresh.
Overall disappointing
The app is great once you’re in, but I am consistently logged out, and then when I try to log back in, it takes you back to the login screen. I end up using their website on the web browser more often.
Also the points valuation that the app does for your accounts struggles to keep your totals up to date and requires 2FA constantly. Better off keeping all of the data in an excel sheet still. Less work compared to the app.

No longer working.
My account no longer logs in. Just goes through login and closes. Another account will still go in but my original one from when the app first launched no longer works.
Plus the app has become more overloaded with ads and I question how well it is maintained any more.

Broken Since July 8
Update: TPG is an indispensable resource for the credit card game, but there are a lot of issues with the app. The app wasn’t refreshing stories for nearly 3 months on iOS but is working again (though clicking “More Stories” in the “Latest Stories” area still doesn’t work).
I emailed TPG but got no response. I’ve done everything (deleted & re-installed app, reset phone, log in and log out, etc.). This is clearly something on their side. Get it fixed and I’ll up the stars. Thanks

So much potential
I’m so torn with this app because I see the potential but little things make it less useful. It’s a beautiful design and easy to navigate.
I wish I could edit its suggestion on which card I should have used on transactions. Some cards offer promos that outweigh the typical points. Or maybe I’m working on spending on one card to meet a welcome offer.
Bonus if it knows which offers I’ve clipped and adds that into the ROI. For example spend $25 at Amazon with Amex and get 500 points back 3 times.
For American Express I’d like the benefits shown to reflect current offers and not the old benefits. I also wish instead of a manual tracking system it was automatic for the benefits that come from statement credits. If it can see the transactions and adjustments it should be able to track those automatically.
It would also be helpful if the points guy app under “points net worth” would display top transfer offers instead of having to look under each program under loyalty program.

Cannot Delete Synced Accounts
The three dots are not present to get to the delete capability.
Unreliable
Account linking is totally hit-or-miss. When that works, it’s a useful app.
Is this app ever going to work?
Seriously, just remove this app from the App Store and start over from scratch. Account linking has never worked properly. The news feed was never current with the website, but now it doesn't update at all. Bookmarking articles was always hit or miss, but now it's completely broken. I could go on.
Update: Bad news! As near as I can tell, exactly none of the issues have been fixed. Is it possible you're using a different app than the rest of us?

Program linking does not work.
As it says in the title, the ability to link loyalty accounts does not really work. It keeps throwing sync errors and making me try to log in repeatedly. Just not worth it.
