Loading issues and missing content

Not recommended. News stories generally work fine but the puzzles mostly don’t work. They load only about half the time and just hang on the loading screen. I have left some for 5 mins and they never complete. It is not the standard I expect from a paid-for app.

Half completed puzzles keep disappearing

The app was working great but since the last version there is an issue with the sudoko. If you start on one and come back to it later the puzzle is completely blank and you loose your work.

Poor upgraded app

So we are now unable to download previous editions.
The new print edition section that has replaced previous editions is initially quite appealing visually, but a horrible reading experience.

New version in April 2025 is flat as a pancake

Unfortunately, the new version falls flat, and just looks like they got DOGED, and had to cut many of the features.

Unable to access current edition. Downloading latest edition has not worked on my iPhone 13 pro for the last week (since 18 March 2025). I have tried to contact the times but no response to my email.!
