Disappointed in new update
Why would you remove the weekly view feature and add additional steps in order to get to the web view? Only way for me to get to my to-do is to select a random appt and get to web browser that way. Not very user friendly. It was great before.
Worst update
The latest update is terrible. The previous version was much easier to use. This version is basically useless and I basically need to use the web based version for anything productive. The previous version made it easy to access the web based version.
When it works it’s great!
I like therapy notes a lot and it’s great to have an app but it hardly ever actually opens using the app. Hopefully the bugs are fixed and it actually opens and is useful, till then I have to use a browser on my phone

What happened?? I need to be able to do all the things on the go and I was until the latest update this is terrible
Limited features and Face ID issues
The features in the app are pretty limited (hopefully they will add more), and the FaceID stopped working after a while.
Face ID error
I enjoy the ease of access with the app.
I am having issues with Face ID. I get an error message within the app and in the app settings.
I would also like to be able to make changes in the app to appointment times one day.

Telehealth problems
Twice the app crashed during session. While I was rebooting the app, the client was able to see and hear me while in the waiting room and I hadn’t yet accepted them into the call. Needs to be fixed asap. Thank you thank you
Basically useless
Functionality is awful. Just stick to the browser.
essentially a browser shortcut
They may upgrade in the future but right now it’s essentially just a browser shortcut. If you want to do notes, cancel an appointment, etc, all it does is open in a browser. I can just skip that and open in safari like I’ve done for the last 6 years. I appreciate that they’re trying to give users an app, which I’ve been asking for for years, but the functionality isn’t there.

Hopeful, but needs improvements
Loved that an app came out- however I can’t write my notes, which stinks. Also, there are 4 tabs to go through, and it gets stuck on a tab, then I’ll have to close the app and reopen to go to another one.. annoying glitch.

Nice idea when it works
App freezes 70% of the time defeating the purpose of it. I just end up logging onto the desktop site anyway.
Barely works ):
I know this app is very new so I hope it can be improved and bugs will be fixed because I am so excited about there being an app. However, it freezes every 2 seconds and I have to restart the app. Additionally, I can’t do my notes on there so I hope that a feature that will get added! Im hopeful but for now it’s not great.

Website & mobile
Website was better and more reliable in the past, as I have been a user since 2013. Recently the website has been less reliable while the customer support service is poor and disappointing for the money. The mobile site is disappointing as it does very little.
Can’t sing in, great concept
I can’t sign in to the app. I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, changed my password, deleted and tried multiple different authenticator methods and nothing will work. I know it will work and just take so time. I am excited for this app, just waiting for its ability to be used :)

Cannot sign in
I was really looking forward to the app! However when I attempted to log in the app told me my password was expired( it was not). I created a new password and same issue. From what I’m seeing this app is still quite buggy.
Unmet Expectations
I was very happy to see that an app was made and was looking forward to have access to a better format for completing notes on my phone and accessing telehealth securely on my phone. However, there is no notes function within the app and I for some reason the telehealth sessions are not working. Hopefully that can be fixed and a progress note feature added soon.

Basically Pointless
it doesn’t have most of the features or functionality of the website. it won’t replace the mobile site if it can’t do anything. this is basically just a view-only schedule and message hub.
Finally!
You can only view your schedule and send messages for now, but I’m genuinely excited about where this is going. My favorite feature is the “upcoming birthdays” breakdown. It sounds small, but it’s huge — it’s way too easy to forget who has a birthday when everything lives online. Glad to see TherapyNotes finally taking steps toward a real mobile companion app. Keep building.

Happy they have an app, hope we can write notes on it soon
I’m so happy TherapyNotes came out with an app, finally! I’ve been wanting this for a while. Only thing is the main reason I was hoping for an app was to be able to write notes on the go (while I’m walking around the block and keeping proper confidentiality precautions). As a therapist with ADHD, I find it difficult to sit for very long periods and think better when I walk. It would be amazing if they could build out a mobile friendly ability to input notes.
