Crashes or doesn’t even open
The app is clunky, crashes and most often than not it won’t even open.
Frustrating
Using this app for ongoing payments and annoyingly you need to add payment details every time with a physical card. Would be much easier if it remembered card details or accepted Apple Pay or PayPal. Definitely holding it back

Used to be great
I am a customer of two businesses that use this app, I used to be able to have an app for each company. Last update stopped this from being an option. So I have to log out of the app each time to switch between the companies. This could be streamlined and fixed.
Can’t log in
There’s no option to reset password, no link to contact support. Very frustrating!
Can’t login on app but can online?
Used with eldest child and now attempting to use for youngest. Says company not found, despite being able to login on the website. Poor execution of what was an ok app.
Even the Hamptons staff can’t use it
You know it’s bad when the business Hamptons swim school can’t assist to use it. Would give this business and the app 0 stars if possible.
no forget password option
When I open the app, it said I need to updates. After updated the app, my account has been logged out, and there isn’t “forget password option”.

Can’t restart my password
Tried to log in to the app but saying invalid password. No buttons to press forgot my password. How I suppose to log in?
App is terrible
Won’t let me log in and if I do ever get in, is very difficult and slow to use

The app is always loading and never actually opens. I don’t think I’ve ever seen what the app is capable of. Nothing at this point!
Parent app
I have loved using this app for my nieces dance lessons, it allows me to view the class information, pay my fees, notify if we are going to be absent and so much more.
