Navigation on a mac laptop for the maps to find campsites very wonky. Made it hard to use, although the information on the campsites & filters very useful.

The vehicle was neat and tidy and well equipped. The pick up was horrendously long, nearly three hours but we were offered some compensation though to reason or apology for whatever went wrong

Customer service nonexistent
Booked a less than 1 year old Maui campervan and had numerous issues, from the toilet door falling off to a half of the stove cooker not working. I reported these issues at the time and with a post rental email, and received a “we looked into it and sorry about that” from their customer support team. A rip off of $490 “new vehicle” option.
