Should come with every iPhone

I downloaded this app about 8 years ago at the lowest part of my life. My child was attempting suicide almost weekly. It was an awful time. I read so much about mental health that i knew i had to take care of mine too. And then this app appeared. By finding 3 good things in my life, i have been able to reflect on the positive. Sometimes i fill out the three things with my kids, sometimes alone, and sometimes i just record one or two. I don't do it everyday. And i LOOOOVVEEE looking back at older entries. I've shared this app with all of the important people in my life. This app creates gratitude and joy and positivity. I wish i could give it more stars. Thank you for creating this app.

Fine.

I don’t know what to say. It is boring but it’s fun at the same time. 🙂 ❤️

A Good Thing In Itself!

I love this app, & its latest update gives it a real glow-up - the graphics are updated, & you can now choose from a variety of pleasing colours (mine’s now a very pretty shade of light purple).

The important thing is the daily reminder to focus on good things. I find it invaluable to be reminded to take a few minutes to think about what’s gone well, and to be thankful for all of it (especially today, when internet connection woes had put me in a bad mood till this app reminded me to look for the good things. And when I did, I realised just what a good day it’s been overall!).

I do encourage you to try it! It can do a lot for your morale 😊

Good

This is a really good app. Great to read back on when you feeling low and keeps you focused on the positive.
The only criticisms I will make is that the word count is too limited and it won’t let you delete anything. If you try then what you deleted just pops back again when you reopen it.

Love the new update

A long time user of this app across multiple iPhone and I’ve never seen an update before so loving this fresh new look
