Hopeless

Doesn’t work. Instructions not clear. Topped up£35 and still no data. Support can’t help and have to refer to someone else and told me it could take 72 hrs to get a response. I’m travelling and relying on data for mapping etc. also way overpriced after talking to other people that only pay £20 for unlimited everything.

Doesn’t work for Americans

Bought the SIM card and downloaded the app. It didn’t work for my unlocked iPhone X while I was in Denmark. Very disappointed.

Registration loop

It won’t let me register my number. It just keeps going in a loop of asking for my number then email then not doing anything. Customer support also very un helpful

Can't log in

Good morning... My purpose in sending this message is I can't log in to the three pay-as-you-go applications, I am using three sim cards for 1 year, and every month I top up my sim card by three applications but now I can't log in please can you check what's wrong?
Thanks

New card fails

I just put in my new car that I paid for and tried to make my first phone call. The service said that I had no credit after I had activated the card. So I’m exceedingly disappointed that the card I paid for seems to have no pertinent value.

Cheated

SIM card I bought doesn’t work

Was supposed to be a 2gb data sim but it’s making me pay. This is trash

Torture

No way to contact tech support except through chat-no phone or email-so a simple question can easily take an hour
Little things like forcing reentry of phone number and email address again and again show no consideration for customers’ time and frustration

USA user

unable to purchase anything from the site

Problems from the Get GO!

I’m so frustrated with 3 right now that I can’t begin to sort my thoughts! Big mistake for me to choose 3.

DON'T BUY!! - bad service in UK & horrible customer service

BUY FROM A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER!!
I bought my SIM card in Heathrow airport.
My service in the Uk was terrible to non existent.
But once I got to France and Italy it worked well.
I topped up after a month of service with the guidance of a live chat agent. I had to buy a voucher from a third party website which seemed sketchy and was also time consuming.
But since my service outside Uk was good, I proceeded. I was charged an £8 processing fee from ding.com in addition to the £35 I purchased so I could buy the unlimited data plan.
I notified the agent I was in Italy and would continue traveling so I want the unlimited pack. She failed to mention I only get 12gb traveling abroad. 12gb total. So even if you top up you can't use the data... So now I've had to buy a new SIM card since I can't use my 3 SIM card even though I had topped up. Customer service was completely unhelpful and just kept telling me there was nothing they could do to refund me. I asked for them to at least credit my account and they said they couldn't do that either (eye roll) I didnt even have one full day of service after I topped up so you'd think that would be easy to just pause the service or just give me a credit since I couldn't us it. They just politely told me no and there was nothing they could do for about an hour and half. So I highly highly recommend going with a different service provider!!

Horrible app AND service

This app is so buggy, really fun trying to enable/disable a paid feature when it keeps bugging out and doing the same thing while switching the toggle on and off but getting the same result. The coverage/speeds are absolutely horrid in London, city center and outskirts it's truly amazing how I had better download speeds on a safari in third world Tanzania. I thought I was doing good going with Three over Lebara like my girlfriend since she paid 1/4 the price for her data pack, but now if I wanna google something without having to walk 400m to leave a dead zone in Soho, I just use her phone. Thanks a bunch 3

Difficult to manage

I purchased a 30pound SIM card at the airport. Then find out I need to pay more to use my phone. Then I must add the app to monitor time used. Very confusing for a senior.

Crashes all the time

Installed on iPhone app crashes constantly. Occasionally it runs long enough for me to login but finger print id doesn’t respond and it crashes. Useless

Not at all intuitive

Even something like switching International Roaming On/Off is totally impossible! When I switch it on and Save Change it indicates it as Off and vice versa!

garbage

im trying to login
it asks for my email then my number i enter them correctly but its become an endless loop
whats wrong with it?

Can’t even get it started

Why bother launching a completed unusable app?

Horrible user experience and riddled with bugs.

Horrible user experience, this app is constantly running into bugs and steering me in circles with prompts. Have to refresh app constantly. Really appalling for such an establish carrier service

Concerned

Hi I upload a voucher and the money is no longer there

Good app, doesn’t take foreign cards

As a traveler, I find it obnoxious that I have to get top up vouchers from third party websites to be able to top up my pay as you go plan. All they need to do is allow inputting a foreign address, it would take a developer a day or two to implement.
