i Hello, I need you to look into my case immediately. Your app is a complete mess — this is now the second time it doesn’t let me do my laundry because of your system’s failures. It’s unacceptable that I lose both time and money due to issues on your end.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the funds that were stuck in the app. I’m paying for a service you are not providing properly.

QR Code doesn’t work
I have a iPhone 13 Pro running the latest software. I deposited $15 thinking I wouldn’t have issues simply washing laundry. Was I wrong. I click QR to open the camera and scan the machine. The camera never opens inside the app. I’ve uninstalled the app. Reset my phone. Nothing works. Whenever I use QR to scan the scooters on my uber app. I have no problems. App needs to be fixed for iPhone users.

Genesis had amazing customer service and helped me learn how to use the machines
1st time Customer
June 29, 2025 As a first time customer I didn’t know what to expect when I arrived. When I walked in I was very surprised by how friendly and inviting the staff was. Janet was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. I will definitely be back and continue to use Tide Laundromat to wash my clothes. The facility is very clean and having all the soaps and dryer sheets included in each wash and dry is definitely a BIG BONUS!!

Nee neighborhood laundromat
In love with this new laundromat. Not only is it new but the staff is so helpful in guiding you to use the machines, and best of all no more going to the store for laundry soap because the machines have built in soap dispensary to your laundry load size. Definitely my new favorite laundromat.

Great Laundromat!
Visited the Garland, TX location today, and I had an amazing experience. The facility and the machines themselves are very clean and easy to operate! A little pricey but worth it since the detergent, softener, etc. are all included in the wash. Super attentive and friendly staff! Will be returning in the future.

As a loyal customer I had stacked thousands of points on my app . One day I noticed every use was deducting my point balances instead of increasing even though I paid by QR code. I always added money to cover the day’s laundry. I maybe twice used rewards for a dryer. The total counted down to zero, then started back with a positive balance . I’m over 4000 as of today. I met with manager at the store who took notes and details to pass on to tech support. Whoever developed this app, I have an iPhone. Fix my totals. Tide owes me. Check my history App users BEWARE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSIDE NEEDING HELP WITH MACHINES IN SHOP.

My Machines don’t show
Overall the app is great. The only issue is that all of my dryers never show under “my machines” it only shows two max. So I am unable to add more time on the app unless I walk up to the after it is completed the cycle.
Glitches so much
I hate this app. If you pay for anything with loyalty points, it won’t show up in the app so you can’t add time to your dryer. So frustrating. I’ve sent them two emails about two different issues and they haven’t responded in months. So annoying!
Update 11/22/24
Update is giving me an error to update my payment method. All of my payment method have been deleted. I think they need to go back and fix this issue. I was also hoping Apple Pay would work.

The app doesn’t let you check the status or balance unless it’s under their Wi-Fi which defeats the purpose. Also not sure why the minimum is 10 dollars to upload from your card when machine can be less than that.
Nice simple App — would like extra features
The app is simple and user friendly. One addition I would like is a transaction history page to keep track of how much I spent per load of laundry (wash and dry). Not sure if this is advertised anywhere but knowing how many points away I am from a free wash, product, or service would be useful.
No option to delete and forces user to use laundromat’s unsecured WiFi
I expected more from Procter and Gamble. Tide is a brand of P&G. I downloaded the Tide Laundromat app from the App Store. Not only does the app force you to use the laundromat’s UNSECURED WiFi, there is also NO OPTION IN THE APP TO PERMANENTLY DEACTIVATE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. There is NO information online about how to delete the Tide Laundromat app. When I searched for info the only info I was able to find was how to delete the Tide Cleaners app. Not helpful. It’s 2022 and you’d think that app developers/companies would allow consumers to deactivate their account within the app. At the very least there should be information online about how to permanently delete the app or whom to contact for information. Does P&G make it SO DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING SO THAT CONSUMERS WILL JUST GIVE UP AND KEEP THE APP?!?! Who has time to email and then follow up with a phone call to P&G to make sure their request is handled quickly and correctly? I sent an email to Tide Cleaners because there was no one else to contact. If I do t hear from them within 48 hours, my next email will be to the BBB to file a complaint. IT’S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

Love it — cellular data and other wifi
My only gripe is that you have to be connected to the laundromat’s wifi in order to check the status of washers/dryer use and time left. I don’t want to be stuck at the laundromat when I could be running other errands. While I realize the laundromat isn’t responsible for theft if I leave, I trust the attendants enough to go do other things. The convenience of every thing from different sizes, speed, delicates, and gentle detergents is a major plus though.

Best Laundromat
Great idea! It’s clean, machines are new, they wash great and fast. It’s not cheap but if u consider that the machines are new and detergent it’s included, it would not be a lot more expensive than the crappy old laundromats. Plus you can hangout inside or spend your money next door at Ross :)
Poorly executed
The other reviews must be bots. I am in a Tide Laundromat now. “Clever idea”, I thought. I lug all my laundry over. I download the app. Nothing but a white screen with the logo at the top. I do it again! I click on the settings icon. That works. It will take your personal information. I just can’t access the primary function for downloading the thing. The only reason to have this app doesn’t work. Absolutely Horrible.
