Very hepful

Scammer app no refunds

Tiket.com is a scam company, I made booking through this app which was fully charged but in app booking was showing unpaid, when I contact their support dozens of time by phone calls and emails, after 3 days somehow they has confirmed my payment was successful but system was unconformable and they going to refund me by payment method, again after I update my bank details to them, they excused again saying the refund must to be match with their records which is different from mine, and means they cannot refund but to refund by in-app points and vouchers!
If you are reading this please stay alerted and away from this company, It’s scam trap!!! I have reported my cases and others to the Indonesia tourism board for attention. If you facing the same please report this company to the Indonesia GOV also report this app to Apple! Please you must!

Not convenient

The payment confirmation is really bad, i had to call for help to confirm the booking status, I mean payment was fully charged but their system is showing pending status. And halo ticket is in loading screen indefinite omg this app isn’t even tested! Will not bother to use once more!

Apps Sucks

Payment keeps failing for no reason. Tried multiple cards with enough balance and none worked, even though it used to be fine. App tells me to “verify payment” but the verification link gets blocked by Google, so I literally can’t do anything. Tried many times, still failed. Super frustrating and a terrible experience. Fix your payment system.

Nice APP. Useless carrots.

The APP works very well. However I find the “discounts” do not materialise and the vouchers are valueless as the accommodations are SO much dearer than competitors.

Misleading, not honest, no support

It shows hotel is 100% refundable, then tiket.com charges Refund Service Fee, stay away from this nasty company!

No sound

Even my iphone was silent, i could hear music! Why should I listen your sound in spite of no sound??

Absolutely expect 0 customer support

I’m changing my review after Ticket.com fixed their 2 part authentication. I used the app in the USA to confirm my tickets and it worked fine in Indonesia.

Could not register

I have a US number, but never received the code. Tried a few times. I even be tried using “other” method, but it was the same thing.

Ngeselin bangett sekarang harganya gk termasuk pajak

Dulu tuh suka banget pake tiket.com soalnya harganya bersahabat & jelas (udh include pajak gitu nett ratenya). Sekarang tergoda keliatanya murah pas mau booking ehh ternyata belom termasuk pajak dongg wkwkwk. Sekarang juga ratenya jg entah knp lbh mahal dr dulu. Mending pesen lewat aplikasi burung putih ato gak book direct. Udah males sekarang pake tiket.com

Unable to validate payment

I tried for an hour to validate a payment method, but every option is buggy.

Customer support loops in menu options that do not apply, nowhere to contact them, no way to make it work.

I booked the hotel i wanted through another new app and it worked right away.

Good luck fixing your site.

Absolutely expect 0 customer support

After booking a ticket through the app I tried to setup an account. This organization does not have the ability to send OTP codes to US phones. And as they REQUIRE 2-step authentication it is IMPOSSIBLE to setup or make any changes to bookings. Their support through WhatsApp is AWEFUL. I’ve had 0 response through their help line. Their email support over the LAST 2 MONTHS. Just goes around in circles.

No language option

The app lets you select English as a language when you first install but this has no effect on the actual language of the app which is in Indonesian. I’ve looked everywhere on the app to change the preference but it doesn’t exist so this is an Indonesian language only app and pretty useless for anyone who doesn’t speak Indonesian.

The most frustrating way to buy tickets

Closes the checkout and returns to the ticket store page every time you switch out of the app (e.g. to check for messages or copy the bank 3DSecure code). You have to visually copy the card number and rely on the SMS notification popup to successfully buy a ticket without switching from the app. If it weren't for the discounted tickets I would never subject myself to such frustration.
