Till is Great, but there is some flaws
I personally believe that Till is great for children and saving. However there are a few things I dislike.
1. If you are offline for a week or two if signed you out. I dislike this because it’s generally like really annoying.
2. The format isn’t really that good. I got kind of confused so that wasn’t really great for me.
3. Setting up an account was pretty challenging for me and my family. However as you can tell we were able to set up the account, but it wasn’t the easiest.
However overall I do think that Till is great for a few reasons as well such as the ability to freeze the credit card, always being able to see how much is on the card, and only costing $5 for a physical card.

Absolutely amazing
This app is so incredible and I can’t believe it is FREE!! Their customer service is unbeatable and my kids are excited to do chores. The app is incredibly easy to use. I can’t say enough good things about it

My kiddo was heading out of the country. This app was recommended for her travels, as an atm card. Connecting to my bank account I can transfer her money as she needs. I needed customer service support and they were great by email. And offered a phone call. Highly recommended.

DO NOT TRUST
4.8 star average is a joke. I paid for the annual Premium subscription thinking that we could use this app after my daughter’s trip abroad with EF. Suddenly, my premium subscription has been cancelled and I can no longer deposit funds while she is in another country. Customer Service is non-existent. THIS IS A SCAM

Kevin in Customer Service was responsive, communicated clearly and continued until the issues were completely resolved.
Problem
On iPhone it does not allow Option to add to parental account. Already updated app.Problem: once verification code is inputted, keyboard blocks ability to submit to complete transaction. No way to dismiss keyboard and access submit button to load cash to account for child. Loved the utility of this app on my android, not quite sure why this is an issue here.

Amazing for families!
Definitely an amazing app for families and for use abroad. I definitely recommend this. I started using it when my kid had a trip scheduled for a trip to Europe because it’s super easy for them to get money deposited without having fees for convention and also for family members to be be able to donate into kid’s accounts if they so wish to do so (you know grandparents love spoiling!) but you can also track spending and all the good parental things you gotta do. You can also track allowances and lock savings. I love that you can set chore savings and rewards deposits for doing them as well! Super encouraging for them :)

No Service. Email only. No help nights and weekends. My child gets no EF Tour lunch til this works.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP ME. I need to use a debit card to speed funding along, but it doesn’t let me.
Yep, I messed up as a parent and didn’t download this app 5 DAYS AHEAD of my kid’s EF Tour trip.
The EF Explore America trip my kid is on will put her $20 lunch today on a card… Oh wait, no…
CARD DOES NOT EXIST TIL FUNDED.
My parent debit option errors as unavailable, because I used the 3-5day bank transfer option first.
Now my kid will not be given the lunch money she’s due….til her tours are basically over in 5 days…and Till customer service isn’t available to care.
