So easy to use. Great way to teach your kids about banking while having control.

We set up my daughter with the app when we first got Till, but my son was a couple of years later. The support team was amazing … quick to respond and very patient.

Great for kids, has some hiccups
One of the major issues I’ve had is changing personal info- if you change your phone number, email, etc, you HAVE to do it over the phone. Doing it online isn’t an option and it kinda sucks, since they have a very slow customer number (that will hang up on you if nobody is available too)

Till is Great, but there is some flaws
I personally believe that Till is great for children and saving. However there are a few things I dislike.
1. If you are offline for a week or two if signed you out. I dislike this because it’s generally like really annoying.
2. The format isn’t really that good. I got kind of confused so that wasn’t really great for me.
3. Setting up an account was pretty challenging for me and my family. However as you can tell we were able to set up the account, but it wasn’t the easiest.
However overall I do think that Till is great for a few reasons as well such as the ability to freeze the credit card, always being able to see how much is on the card, and only costing $5 for a physical card.

Absolutely amazing
This app is so incredible and I can’t believe it is FREE!! Their customer service is unbeatable and my kids are excited to do chores. The app is incredibly easy to use. I can’t say enough good things about it

My kiddo was heading out of the country. This app was recommended for her travels, as an atm card. Connecting to my bank account I can transfer her money as she needs. I needed customer service support and they were great by email. And offered a phone call. Highly recommended.

DO NOT TRUST
4.8 star average is a joke. I paid for the annual Premium subscription thinking that we could use this app after my daughter’s trip abroad with EF. Suddenly, my premium subscription has been cancelled and I can no longer deposit funds while she is in another country. Customer Service is non-existent. THIS IS A SCAM

Kevin in Customer Service was responsive, communicated clearly and continued until the issues were completely resolved.
Problem
On iPhone it does not allow Option to add to parental account. Already updated app.Problem: once verification code is inputted, keyboard blocks ability to submit to complete transaction. No way to dismiss keyboard and access submit button to load cash to account for child. Loved the utility of this app on my android, not quite sure why this is an issue here.
