某テーマパークのチケットを購入しました。QRコードが開かず現地についてスタッフに確認したところ購入履歴はありません。と言われました。問い合わせようとホームページを見ても電話番号が掲載されてなくメールで問い合わせましたが、何度も何度も確認しますの繰り返しで一向に返金されませんでした。90日間有効のチケットのため、利用規約にも不備があった場合は全額返金と書いてあるにもかかわらず返金は出来かねますとの一点張り。何より腹立つのが人ではなく自動送信のような返信ばかりで話にもならず諦めました。本当にここで買うのは皆さんオススメしないです。

I recently bought 2 tickets for me and my girlfriend to go to The Bubble Museum in Miami. Each ticket was $35, $70 total. 2 minutes after I booked it, I saw I bought them in the Seattle location instead of the Miami location. I immediately went to their support team. I explained the situation. They told me I could not switch my booking to Miami or cancel for a refund. I escalated to a supervisor and the claims team, same result. I understand the cancellation policy, but the fact that I reached out 2 minutes after I bought the tickets on an honest mistake in the wrong location and they weren’t willing to refund or switch my booking that soon after i bought the tickets is a very poor show of customer service. I never write reviews, but this company is the most unprofessional ticketing company I have ever worked with.
