App Crash
Every time I try to login, the app crashes.

Updated 2019- went from bad to worse. With the new update won’t load at all now. App crashes when you launch.
Checking balances on your health card...you’ll save a lot of time and frustration just calling in. Most of the time the app says “Unable to display, Try again”. It’s been this way for years. Best feature is being able to pull up an image of your insurance card during those times yours isn't handy. For that reason I bumped it up to a two star review.

No ability to submit claim from app
Would be very helpful if feature to submit claim was available through the app
Full website does not work
The application is the exact same thing on your phone as going to their website on a browser. Once you login on both the website and application it will never let you see the whole website. This makes it really hard to look up EOB's because they just give you a condensed version.
