All in all, the app seems easy to use and intuitive. However, I’ve noticed one feature that I really miss compared with the web version. When using Safari, selecting a taco or another menu item shows small pictures next to the available toppings, which makes it much easier to see and understand the options. Unfortunately, those pictures don’t appear in the app, and I find that pretty disappointing. For that reason, I actually prefer using the web version over the app.

Every thing is was good so nice the food was delicious and great I love it thank you for everyone
I don’t recommend toast. It Always try to steal micro transactions, and when you call they make you wait like an hour. Also if any client call and dispute the charge , doesn’t matter if you have proof, they won’t refund you.
I ordered some pizza through Toast. Nothing custom, just actual Manuel items from the restaurant. When my food arrived, the extra large pizza was wrong. It was supposed to be cheese with sliced grape tomatoes, basil, and balsamic drizzle. It only had tomato and cheese. I sent pictures to support asking for help. I gave them pictures to show what I got versus what I was supposed to get. They took five days to even look at the issue. When they finally got back to me, they said that the restaurant was not going to do anything. I asked why the evidence wasn’t taken into consideration and they said it’s up to the restaurant. They said they work for the restaurant and not for me. You’re better off with Uber Eats or Postmates. They are no less error prone, but at least they do something when your order is screwed up.

The updated app now won’t show expiration dates 4!birthday rewards. HUGE deal cuz 1/3 of them can only be used on ur bday or within about 4 days of bday. Now there’s no way to know so u can lose out. Fix this!!!! This sucks!
Toast is OK if you already know the restaurant, but it’s lousy at finding new ones. The app shows closed restaurants when you specify you are looking for open. It lists “pick-up only” restaurants for delivery. Stuff that is easy to fix.
Customer service chat takes weeks to get back to you and they are no help when it comes to refunds. Just don’t get this app the service is trash
With the recent update the Birthday rewards are no longer sorted by expiration date nor show an expiration when you click on them. At least 1/2 of them last year only lasted 1-5 days . Now I have no way to know when to use them buy. What a waste!
We discovered after the delivery driver left someone else’s order with us that this app basically has zero consumer protection and no accountability. There is no merchant agreement that states that the restaurant has to refund or replace an order if the delivery fails to arrive. Toast customer service informed me that they have no ability or authority to issue refunds and no way to work with restaurants to do so. I’m not exactly sure how someone can create a business that has no merchant contractual agreement and no consumer protections, but here we are. Also, drivers’ ratings are not reflected in the Toast app, unlike in Uber Eats or Door Dash, so unfortunately, that removes an incentive for good service. If you find yourself in a similar situation after an incorrect order through Toast, save yourself the time and energy we wasted and contact your bank immediately and directly for a refund. We’ll be avoiding this delivery service as much as possible.

I attempted to get a refund for an order we did not receive. Waited for literal DAYS only to be told they could not help. Horrible and no regard at all for the consumer
App it too glitchy. It does not allow you to redeem points
The driver left someone else’s order and what ensued was over an hour of futile attempts to get it fixed. There seems to be no accountability and two days later, just had to bypass customer service and get the refund from my bank. A little research revealed a low overall rating for Toast and explained why the drivers have low incentive for good service. I’ll go out of my way in the future to order from Door Dash or Uber Eats; this service seems like a mess.

Always delicious and portions are generous
The keyboard covers all the text you’re typing. Yall should fix that.
One star review because this app nags you to rate the vendor EVERY TIME and there’s no way to turn that off. I wish the restaurants I visit using this would switch.
I’ve walked away from ordering delivery from a Dragon Fly because ordering delivery is so complicated and inaccurate.
I placed an order and this stupid app would not let me get the code needed, I was charged and had to file a claim through my bank. Waste of time!!
Every time I opened the app, I would press on the maps to see Toast restaurants around me. They had a map in the left corner of the Home Screen to find restaurants. As of today, they removed this feature leaving no real way to search for restaurants than aren’t force fed to you on the Home Screen. One cannot see a quick view of restaurants around them any longer. Additionally, their own ai customer service isn’t even aware of this change and all Toast marketing material still displays clear button for map view as well. Quite literally every single other food delivery company provides this feature, even overseas. I genuinely cannot understand why this decision was made unless it was to deliberately distance themselves from market competition by delivering a genuinely worse product than it used to be less than one week ago.

This app started with promise but as of late I have sent multiple messages and no one ever reaches back out.
Please fix this app. It freezes every time and rebooting it does nothing.
