The most unethical company I have ever had misfortune to come across.
I have been requesting to have my account closed since the first day I had misfortune to sign up for this scam. Each time I get an email with every answer but actually someone having decency to respect my request and to honor my request to close my account”membership.” And of course there is no option to do so in the app. Do NOT sign up, this is a scam.

Great App for Credit Building
This app is just what I am looking for. It makes building my credit easy to understand. It helps me with any errors on my credit report. I also am able to track my spending. Ilove the interface and how easy it is to navigate throughout the with ease.

They took money out of my account without my permission and I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks no reply to none of my emails what can I do about this or who can I contact about my refund
Horrible Customer Service
SCAM! Stay away from this fraudulent company. I signed up for the monthly service but when I log in to look at my account, I’m forced to sign up for “TomoIQ” before I can even look at my dashboard. I’ve contacted them several times to find out why I have to pay an additional monthly fee and have never heard back from them. I will be reporting them to the BBB and attempt to cancel my subscription. Based on other reviews, I’ll probably get the run around. I hope this company gets the karma they deserve.

Bad Work
I’ve downloaded the app to find that everything they offer here I do elsewhere for a fraction to no cost for what they charge. I sent out 3 emails to cancel my account and the only response I got was a welcome aboard email. I looked into them at BBB and they have hundreds of complaints mainly ignoring customer’s requesting service. -5 stars for me, don’t buy into what they are not selling, might as well be a scam company the way they operate!!!

Absolutely a major scam
These guys will charge you over and over and over, and never stop. No way to cancel in the app, at all. I had to get legal counsel involved to send them a cease and desist to stop the payments and threatened reporting them to the FTC. These guys absolutely should not be on the App Store. Save yourself the time and money; and do not sign up for this app. They WILL bleed you dry.
