Paid $15 for my first surprise bag to be picked up the next day. I’m 15 mins away from picking up my bag and receive a msg from this app stating they no longer have my surprise bag and I would be refunded in 1 month. Worst app ever made. Avoid at all cost

Sometimes I get delayed notifications. It annoys me because I don’t even get a chance to grab some surprise bags.

For only $5, I received two mochi donuts and a brown sugar Boba tea. Service was fast and friendly! If I would’ve had time, I would have ordered some food. This was my first time going to Domoishi and I will definitely be returning.

Bad experience
One of the places said that it automatically showed they had two bags every day. Guess which day I tried to buy a bag? I drove over there, showed them my app and she just abruptly told me we don’t have any today. Wow. What a time waste. This was my second experience in my first experience was added different place that said it would have ice cream and or desserts. I was disappointed with those desserts because essentially I was paying one dollar for each dessert, which was a thin cookie about 4 inches in diameter(total of 6). I did not feel like that was a great value although it said it was $18 worth of value.

I downloaded the Too Good To Go app some time ago but was a bit apprehensive about using it. How silly I was. It’s very easy to use and the variety of products available is amazing. The prices are great too.

Brilliant app and way to prevent food waste. However since the update it is so hard to search for ones to collect today, for example. When I go to ‘browse’ and change the filter to ‘today’ it only brings up one or two choices, but on the main screen there are many other choices to collect ‘today’. It’s annoying as that was always a much easier way to quickly find things when I was out and about.
