Notifications and Timing
I wish the app would not give me a lot of notifications about something that is available and I can even be in the app and the product shows up as sold out. Especially Whole Foods bags. I don’t know why I get so many notifications about the Meat Bag or Bakery bag being available when they’re not. The app should also let you click reserve and have time to choose your method of payment! Sometimes I might want to use debit or sometimes I really don’t have money that way and want to use a different payment and in the 12 seconds it takes to switch payment, the surprise bag I reserved is gone. It says check again at 9:18pm and I can be looking in the app and refreshing it and never get to reserve a surprise bag. I don’t know if employees at the store just reserve the stuff or if the algorithm is just weird and too fast, but I’m not going to deal with all these Whole Foods notifications when everything is sold out. Maybe make it so people can reserve something hypothetically and then have a certain time frame to pay it’s available? It shouldn’t be stressful with Whole Foods. The other stores and restaurants are not like that

Almost as addictive as Pokemon Go 😉
This app is great. It allows me to have a few treats without paying a premium and allows me to try different local places as well. And if I’ve got a busy weekend coming up, I can grab a bunch of cafe style sandwiches and get several meals for the price of one. And honestly, the saving food from going to waste is a secondary bonus because the convenience, value and adventure is so much fun.

Prices changes after leaving a reviewing
Prices go up after leaving a good review …maps locks onto an area that I went through briefly on a bus then won’t stop giving me suggestions for that area 8 km away ….so far the last 10 weeks ….notifications work in Reverse …yep…..rotten food …periodic trying this app and getting negative responses from persons in shop …downloaded app first week came out and shops all have same tactics then change menu and items and price ….only using this app when broke and can’t find a good almost out of date sticker in Cole’s or Woolworths

Cute way to get some surprise foods for fun. They have a good variety so if you’re short on cash and get a surprise bag odds are you’ll get some sweet and some savory ! My bag came with a pizza, a frozen cheese kale pasta, and 3 ice cream tubs !

Staff are phenomenal
Picked up our food tonight. Staff were amazing. Leanne and Max were the best. They allowed us to choose our own and save food from being wasted. Service was full of laughter and very jovial. Leanne was extremely generous, full of fun and jokes. I am defo coming here again for a meal as well as too good to go. Now I have lunch for work tomorrow and so does my family.

I like it
I like Too Good To Go, I’ve gotten some nice food at great prices. I also told my nan about it, and she has got some good stuff on there too. Sometimes you don’t get as much stuff as you’d like from a place, but that’s not down to the app, they can’t enforce rules onto every bag from every place. It’s also been nice to try some things that I otherwise wouldn’t have got if they were full price. I do wish there were more places in my local area that used the app, but that’s also not the app’s fault. All in all, I give Too Good To Go five stars.
