What is this new update
Today I go on to check out the bus app to see how far away the bus is from my house and I only see the scheduled time, which we all know is not accurate to the actual time it arrives. So please change it back to see how many minutes away it is.

Useless
Work for United in Chicago and this app is useless for tracking the employee buses half the time the bus I need isn’t on the map.
Disturbingly Bad
Constantly crashes, is slow, and poorly implemented.
GPS is worthless
We used this in Winter Park, CO, and it never accurately located any bus. It was essentially worthless. I wish WP kept their Lift app; It actually worked.
Don’t rely on this to get to work
APP IS NEVER CORRECT! I have used COAST RTA services for going on 4 years. In 4 years the app has never been correct about the location of the bus or arrival time. Often I will open the app and it will tell me the bus is 50 min away then 10 min later boom the bus magically already passed my stop. sometimes the app just won’t show the bus at all and you have to guess. If you want to track the bus you’ll need a prayer and a psychic. I would pay more in bus fees if the app would actually work

Unbelievably unreliable
I have had to call my school’s parking and transportation number countless times to see where my bus was because the app wasn’t working properly. Frequently it shows the bus on a location on the map where it isn’t, if it even shows me a map at all. They need to fix this app so students can use it properly. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This app never shows the bus on the tracker. We can not see where the bus are

Makes my entire phone slow and buggy if it is on, even in the background. The app also crashes within minutes every time I try to use it.

The app is absolute garbage, you’d be much better off just trying to memorize when a bus gets to your stop because the app is never right. It will completely mislead you if you rely on it in any way whatsoever.

While the idea of this app is awesome, the reality leads to people missing their bus constantly around my campus. This app is glitchy, and will randomly shut down at the worst moments leading to hundreds of frustrated students left with no other options. Our bus drivers are awesome - but struggle to meet the weird schedules especially when assigned times just disappear out of nowhere. You’ll probably get this app because it’s necessary, but don’t expect it to be a good app. I’ve been using this for 2 years now hoping for some sort of improvement that hasn’t came.
