Not usable in most countries

You really should tell people up front that only Sweden and Portugal allow use of this app. It’s useless otherwise.

Not user friendly

It does not process information entered consistently. My wife could not go past step 4. I had to download the app and try. I was not asked to do steps 5 and 6 on the app but received our QR code. I couldn’t share my co-travellers’ QR code with them.

Excellent in Faro

The app work very well in Portugal. Once at the head of the queue the whole process at the terminal took a couple of minutes. Make sure you are in the right queue. Most Brits it seemed hadn’t used it so they had to type everything in there and then. So The non EU queue took 40 minutes but probably the “EU and others” line would have been faster and valid with a UK passport.

Only good for Sweden and Portugal

Not much use as yet. Only relevant for arrivals in the countries noted in the title

No value

Got this app for travel to Portugal. Information was not utilized when I arrived. App does not support departure from Portugal even though it seems that is where it is badly needed and even though it has a menu to get you half way through the process before dead-ending.

This app needs more development to be of any value or use.

Sweden Entry Only - No Border Options for Departure

Downloaded app to enter details for departure from Sweden. Disappointed to find no border options available for point of departure (i.e. Arlanda Airport) from Sweden. Given the chaos that implementation of EES has caused and the history of insufficient border staff at Arlanda Airport I now expect to miss my connecting flight to UK.

Don’t bother for Gothenburg

Total waste of time if you’re flying into Gothenburg. Makes no difference whatsoever. Have to join the same queue as everyone else. 90 mins plus.

Needs updating

I used the app to travel to Portugal & everything was great entering. However tried to log our exit details & it would not accept our final border details, which was Portugal so cannot use to leave the country. How can the app only work on entry & not on exit??

Good design limited use

The app itself looks well made however it appears to only be used for Sweden and Denmark currently making it unfortunately useless for the rest of the European countries using the EES system

Useless App

Unless you’re traveling to Sweden or Portugal it’s completely useless.

I got huge immigration lines in Sweeden. This app is useless.

Tell me why I wasted my time registering my passport and scanning RFC chips to arrive in Sweeden to the same line as everyone else. This is useless😒

Easy to use

The app seemed to speed things up quite a lot at passport control in Arlanda, Sweden. We still had to do the camera & fingerprint check but she clearly had all the remaining data to hand & it didn’t take so long as before.

Useless and limiting

Only useful is you're traveling through Sweden or Portugal. Really? Out of all of the EU it's limited to THAT?! What good is this app?! No wonder people are missing flights.

Hilarious

The only 5 star reviews are fake. It appears that this an example of a well-connected person getting the government to agree to let them play around and make an App for a very important function.

Wasted my time adding details ready for my arrival to Faro airport, we weren’t allowed to use the new machines. It doesn’t work for departures from Portugal either, when you search for your airport nothing comes up.

Just received a very standard reply from the developer stating what I had discovered myself.

What is the point of creating an app that is crucial to making travel fluid but making it voluntary. Clearly take up is so poor the app is pointless

Não consigo acessar

Fiz o preenchimento ontem. Hoje, vi que um QR Code seria mostrado nas máquinas de autoatendimento, porém nada aparece no APP, que me pede um PIN que não cadastrei, mas abre com biometria…
