Terrible decision to book flight here instead of airline directly. Can’t get my flight rescheduled due to nothing available. Checked November and December and January and they tell me that nothing is available. Doubt this. Now I lose $2300. Scam don’t use this app.

앱이 아닌 웹사이트로 구매했고, 비행기 시간이 앞당겨졌는데 이메일로 별도 통지가 없어서 홍콩 공항까지 갔는데 비행기표 모두 날렸습니다. 휴가 계획도 모두 망가졌고요. 커스터머 서비스도 답이 느려서 소통하는데만 2주가까이 걸렸습니다. 차라리 믿을만한 트립닷컴쓰세요.
