I was charged for the subscription before even seeing the cash advance. The cash advance ended up being $25 that would have to be paid back 2 days later. So stupid. I cancelled immediately and am out the $7 subscription fee for no reason

You cannot connect Venmo bank but yet they can charge your card connected to Venmo that is absolutely ridiculous and theft in my opinion.

I will no longer use this company for the fact of the matter is they won’t do simple research on payments held up on their end. I’ve paid back all my advances was able to take one two weeks ago but was told i never paid the previous loan back. Which is impossible due to the app not allowing another pull of funds without repayment of previous bal outstanding.Now after I’ve paid my loan back they are trying to say i never paid a loan from last month. Unsubscribed from them and won’t be going back. No help with research only generic response that don’t go into depth and they don’t review the proof you send in its entirety.

making you sign up for a plan even though they warn you its crazy even though they say its not guaranteed but man this is not worth doing for anyone that does not have good credit

You can only have one shot open at a time so if you message them a question You won’t be able to start a new inquiry until they close the old one. So if they just never close it, you can never message them again.
