Garbage App
I’m not sure what you did to this app but it does not work at all. The app was fine until this year. I always received notifications about upcoming services and it was easy to pay your bill through. It stopped sending notifications, wouldn’t show your history, and doesn’t keep your payment information. I’ve deleted and readded the app several times with limited functionality and always have to login through a web browser to see history and pay my bill. The website is also twitchy and hard to navigate. I feel like if you can’t get this fixed, I will have to move my business to someone else! Fix this mess! Your IT group is costing you business!

App is terrible!
This app is terrible…don’t bother downloading…it gets stuck on notifications. Just use the website.

I confirm my date then every time I open app it’s asks me again 😡
App has gone downhill
The app never shows you when you have payments due. It did in the past but now since I went paperless billing it does not tell me when I have a bill or how much to pay. I have to go to the web site so what is the point of the app. Useless!
Cannot login
Unfortunately, cannot login via app and also unable to login via their website. Have contacted customer support multiple times which has resulted in them changing my password multiples time and telling me to login again (which doesn’t work whatsoever).
Full Of Bugs
I don’t know how this has an average of 4.5 stars… Over 5 years and I don’t think it has ever worked once without having an issue. Just a constant spinning leaf.

Doesn’t work. Can’t log on in.
The app has never worked. I can’t log in because when I signed up last month I never received any credentials to use app. If you click log in help it s supposed to send you an email link to reset your phone. Problem is the email link comes hours later and the link they sent is timed out. I truly don’t believe they want the app to work. It’s almost like they don’t want you to have access to your account the just show up whenever and charge you. This company leaves a bad taste in my mouth and should be avoided at all costs. When my 7 treatments are up I’m done. Calling customer service does nothing as they never sent me login credentials either.

Awful design
Whoever designed this going for a simple and clean aesthetic effed what should be a very easy app experience. Not a single notification for over a year. No idea when someone is coming out unless you get an automated phone call.
Paying your bill has been buried into a multi tap process for no discernible reasons and you don’t even know if you have a bill by looking at the main screen.
Make sure you tap around and guess where to make payments - HINT: it’s not in the Payments menu. For reasons?
App tells you how many more services are left in a year but not when they’re going to happen - even a rough guess would be helpful.

Manage services drop down doesn’t work. AI can design a better app than this.
Terrible terrible App
Cannot find any info on this TruGreen App. Its print on app is way too large. Half of information is only half of screen…It is just not user friendly. I have been using a TruGreen App for years and this update is the worse I have seen!! I might as well send a check in the mail, it would be easier!!

Bad
This app is awful. It is always closing itself. You are not able to do anything with it. You have to call them to make any changes or get any information. Waste of time to have the app.

I signed up recently had to visits this month already. I downloaded the app and it just doesn’t work. It’s like they don’t want you to know when they’re coming out and how much ahead of time.
If they did they’d fix the app. Tried signing up and I don’t receive email links to get it up and running. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this company. I signed up for 7 visits. Had 2 so far. Five more to go. If I don’t see improvement in my yard (weed control) I’m definitely canceling. I won’t be renewing. App had update last week too. Still broke. Ugh.

Terrible App
This is a terrible app! It simply does not work correctly. It needs major work!
Fonts don’t work
Every since the last update, font doesn’t fit the screen and notifications are from last year. Worthless app!

App Doesn’t Work
The TruGreen app never works. I’m always waiting for it to replicate and then I miss messages and notifications. TruGreen really need to get it together.

Good luck creating a account password. System software is absolute trash!
App is Dysfunctional
The last update to version 3.0.57 has erased ALL my account information, although it looks as if I am still logged in. Updates to fields are not accepted. Linking from an email to view scheduled service opens the app to a screen that says the mapping is no longer available. Please fix this horrible mess!
