Inconvenience
The app has a lot of problems in its system. It is good that it has bring changes but that has caused inconvenience to the customers as well which is not at all granted. The new face verification has caused me immense trouble for two weeks.
Worst Banking App Experience - Face Verification Never Works
Very disappointing experience with the Trust Money app.
After updating the app, the face verification is completely broken. The camera opens, but it never captures my face and keeps showing “Verification Failed” every single time. I have tried repeatedly and even reinstalled the app several times, but nothing has worked.
On top of that, I am also unable to add my debit card. Even after entering all the correct information, the app keeps showing errors.
This is extremely frustrating, especially when I need urgent access to my account. A banking app should be reliable, but this app has wasted my time with constant verification and card-related issues.
If these problems are not resolved immediately, I will visit the bank tomorrow, withdraw all my money using my cheque book, and stop using this service permanently.

Sonali Bank should be added to transfer money through NPSB. Kindly add the Sonali Bank NPSB channel.
Balance
Since the new update, the Trust Bank app has become frustrating to use. You can no longer easily see your account balance — the only way is by going into statements and manually selecting dates. On top of that, the date selector barely responds properly on the touchscreen, making the whole process slow and inconvenient. A banking app should make checking your balance simple, not complicated. Please improve the usability in the next update

Doesn’t show agreement while creating account
When I create an account, I put in all my info, then click send OTP, a window for agreement shows up with Agree and Disagree buttons, but it’s blank, white and there’s no agreement
Bad UI
Previous UI was far better. The new one is non HD ( the loading screen looks really bad due to poor non hd quality transition icons & pictures )

You have added location. Why do you need location?
This is disappointing app. I am not able to use it because every time it asks location needs to be enabled for always!! Why? Why? Why?

Irritating and frustrating location disable pop up 😤
The new overall design is good but I get irritated when I see this location disabled pop up every time I try to open the app. Although it vanishes after few seconds but when I minimize the app and open again on my iPhone, the pop up never goes. It even does not go even if I select ‘while using the app’ location service. It only goes when I select ‘Always’. So two suggestions from my side,
1. Disable location should pop up should be shown only when I open the app for the first time or when I select location feature of the app.
2. The pop up should not show when I select location option ‘while using the app’ settings from the iPhone.
3. (Additional) I always see the pop up after successful login that I don’t have email configured, but when I click on it, it navigates me to browser and there when I give my valid account number, it shows an error message, ‘Invalid account no. Although I checked many times, I gave the correct account number.

Why force location access to always?
This is dumb move from developers. Make location access optional.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now. Just updated it to the latest version. Now it’s asking me to change location access to ‘always’. For what purpose? Why do you need location access of a user’s phone even when the app is not in use??
The new update is the worst
The recent update has changed the app interface and its not comfortable at all. Earlier i could see the info of all my accounts in a single page, now i need to give multiple clicks and open multiple pages to get the info which wastes time and resources. The new app interface is not user friendly at all

Have used the app over 3 years, now that I changed my phone, I tried to register my new device several times, it kept loading and didn’t finally reach to the page of registration, please fix the issue.
