Disappointed. The system need some improvement, it is very inconvenient for the customer to always reload 20 ringgit every time we want to ride it even we still have a lot of balance. We asked for refund also since we wont use it anymore however they don’t refund exactly the same amount as they stated (they refunded lesser amount, like only 40% from your balance). Won’t recommend anyone to try it, wasn’t worth any penny.

Feels like i got scam
It was fun at first, but get worse later when you want to ride for a certain time then you need to have minimum RM20 credits in the app, okay that’s fine.. I had RM19, i wanted to top-up and make it RM20, and guess what? minimum amount to top-up is RM10. Why do you even to put these minimum amount? ruined the experience.

Heloo i live in edusphere besides uoc.. i really love to use the scooter with my girlfriend.. however it was really frustrating since all of the scooters were in MMU!!.. even their entrance is forbidden zone.. i dont know how they manage to bring the scooter inside.. please fix this.. i also want to use the scooter.. freakin selfish mmu students .. buy ur own scooter la dey dont make public transport like ur father bought it for u la!

BIKE IS HARD TO USE
I tried using this app and i got a broke bike that is hard to used, the pedal is hard to pedal . I will never used this app & the bike again . And for the ones who want to try it i suggest don’t used this app !!!!!

Please fix the bikes locks
I ended up had to pay more due to lock malfunction. I’ve locked the bike but it’s not detected and the lock stucked causing the timer to go on and on taking my money away.
Time consuming.
I am never using tryke again. Its a headache and an inconvenience. And that’s what i will be recommending to everyone i know. Also they increased prices for no reason.
