This stinks when I saw there was an app for Tuffs. I thought that this might be useful to store ID cards especially I saw ID CARDS in the picture. I thought that I would be able to add more than one I was going to use it to put my insurance card and each of my 3 boys insurance cards instead of carrying them around all the time. So what to my surprise when I did all I could to try to add more than one and there’s no way at all to add more than one card. I’m not sure why there’s an S there because you can’t have ID cards you can only have an ID card. 😠

Doesn’t let me log in
It all of the sudden telling me that I am using older version and would need to use new version. But there is no other version.
I went in the computer and updated password and delete and reinstalled app in my phone. Even restarted my phone. Still nothing.
Unless it’s temporary something going on if this continues this app is no longer useful to me.

Doesn’t work with password managers
…and that makes this app almost useless
No Apple Wallet support
I can access the card inside the app, if I have internet connect. Why there isn’t support for Apple Wallet is beyond me.
Can’t even log in, LAZY platform
I’ve restarted the app. I’ve deleted and re-installed. There is constantly “Error. Please try again after sometime.” Since this is the constant result I’m seeing and the “Error” message is even grammatically incorrect, it tells me corners are cut in this side of the business. As the world moves to more being available digitally, I suggest fixing the bugs that prevent your users from even logging into or resetting a password on.

The fact that one cannot even add the member card to the Apple Wallet is baffling.

Sometimes the app won’t open. But it has been fixed in the past. Also important to make sure your phone is updated as well. Likely not the apps fault. I like being able to easily see my insurance details

If I need to pay a bill,this app don’t let me fix that. Very generic app.
Never been able to log in
I’ve only been a member of Tufts since august and both my husband and I have never been able to log into the app OR on a desktop to view any of our insurance benefits. Extremely frustrating when you would like to view your claims but you can’t. Why have an app if it doesn’t work? I’ve deleted and downloaded the app a million times. We’ve also tried setting up new accounts but they keep deferring to this one.

Can’t log in
Just like a lot of other reviews, lately I am not able to log in to this app, can’t check claim, can’t check benefits, it’s a joke.
Please fix all these glitches
I have been using this app for a while now. I’m starting to think I shouldn’t because I miss you often including today. Friday, September 16, 2022 decided to log me out and not let me login saying oops there is an error whenever I try to login to either the webpage or this app. In the past when I had problems with this before, I contacted Tufts tech and was told to delete app reinstall and change passwords. I did this again today and nothing happened. Nothing changed still get the oops error please fix this.

Log-in has become buggy
I’ve been unable to log in via the app for a few weeks now- a PIN code window keeps popping up, and when it finally does start logging in, it stalls and “thinks” forever.
