How are you going to give the option of Apple Pay but not let one use it? You have to bind a card for you to be able to even do anything so what’s the point of Apple Pay? Fix your app

The scooter does function, but the app experience is terrible. Make sure to use whatever money that you put into it because any remaining money will not be used so if you’re gonna use it, make sure you use the full 1020 whatever amount of dollars.
Terrible experience
Due to a bug, the app didn’t show the “End Ride” screen and instead returned to the “Scan” screen. I barely moved, yet I was charged a full fare.
I contacted support and explained everything with screenshots. At first, they replied — then they just stopped responding. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. No accountability, no refund. Never using this app again
