The scooter does function, but the app experience is terrible. Make sure to use whatever money that you put into it because any remaining money will not be used so if you’re gonna use it, make sure you use the full 1020 whatever amount of dollars.
Terrible experience
Due to a bug, the app didn’t show the “End Ride” screen and instead returned to the “Scan” screen. I barely moved, yet I was charged a full fare.
I contacted support and explained everything with screenshots. At first, they replied — then they just stopped responding. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. No accountability, no refund. Never using this app again

Worst scooter app
To expensive, and the scooter was not working properly it’s just better if you walk or get a uber.
Insecure app. do not download
This is a Chinese app, no costumer service, they just have like 10 scooters and 7 of them do not work
Pricing is a total scam
Installed the app, tried the scooter for 10 minutes. App said my total ride cost was $1.50. I ended the ride, app charged me $10. Either app is a total scam or their pricing is wildly misleading. Not good either way. Beware.
It’s good but has some issues!
I love riding the scooters and their useful for good and quick transportation, but their some issues. One time I tried to purchase the VIP pass but it took away $10 dollars, but the VIP pass didn’t apply. I was hoping to get that issue fixed.
Amazing Customer Service
Dabbagh has always responded extremely fast with helpful answers and always makes sure my issue gets fixed. I’ve been using Tuk Tuk scooters for about 3 years now. And it makes life on campus so much easier. Especially during the summer. Thank you Tuk Tuk!

It’s takes longer to try and set up the app and payment method than if you just walked to where you were going. It always glitches and at some point it charged me $50 and then blocked my account I never saw my money again. Also, forget about talking to a customer service agent they don’t exist, they don’t answer emails and there’s no one to talk to over the phone.

First time riding the scooters and amazing experience James was an amazing representative!! I was one the scooters for more than an hour and he helped me throughout the whole way and an amazing experience!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Beware these are the worstscooters ever. I tried to ride to them and the boat barely accelerated. Then when I tried to lock them, it would not turn off. These are the absolute worst brand of scooters to rent!
App won’t work
Enter credit card, fail. Try Apple Pay, fail. Login process too hard and drawn out. Do you really need my picture? Give me a break. Streamline your flow and maybe you’ll get my money.
Tuk tuk is awesome!
I’ve been using the tuk tuk for years and it’s been working perfectly for me! It goes up to 15 mph even uphills so it doesn’t slow down. It’s easy to ride and hella fun!

James is moving scooters on campus and he makes it extremely convenient for people so there's no worries from the dorm to campus James will always be available if you ever run in to James he is the funniest guy ever you met there's no way I've never met anyone like this person he made our adventure great for our journey!!!
