Useless
Absolutely useless app, you can’t check in, you can’t track flights, you can’t check the gate….i tried use it for three flights in the same year and it was never fixed.

Shuttle service
TA used to provide shuttle services from San Diego to Los Angeles Airport which made easier to choose TA flights over the other airlines using San Diego Airport. For San Diego residents it is not the best option to fly with TA anymore.
Terrible App
Terrible App !!! no way to verify my identity and redeem my frequent flyer points. It’s made not to redeem them as they expire and you lose them anyway.
Pathetic customer service
I traveled first time with Turkish Airlines and it was worst experience. Our flight from Dublin to Istanbul was delayed for 2 hours due to which the rescheduled our flight from Istanbul to Islamabad for 21 hours just to avoid extra flight and they provided us with hotel accommodation which is not sufficient, I’ll not recommend this airline again.
