Lots of bugs
One of the worst apps from all airliners. Can’t even get a itinerary to print out for my flights and bookings disappear after adding them. Really a big let down

Poor service
Okay, here’s a draft in your voice. Our Turkish Airlines flight was around 11 hours, and there was barely any air conditioning, and I mean barely. We were sweating. The amenities were rough, like the entertainment system hardly worked. The touchscreen was basically unresponsive, and I felt bad trying to press it harder because I was literally shaking the seat of the person in front of me. And now, looking at flying back, I’m seeing165 dollars for a single checked bag. That’s just preposterous. Overall, between the comfort issues and the bag fee, this doesn’t feel worth it.
