Waste of time
Some say the website is better. The app takes so long to verify you are a human (if the verification works) that tickets are already gone. Really feels like a waste of time.
Bugged out
FFS trying to buy tickets and I get hit with bugs every time I get the "are you human" check box.
Reinstalled, reset login, verified phone number (which was not obvious). Still no joy.
My phone is an iPhone 14 model so it's not like it's that old.

Rubbish App
App froze during sale would not allow me to go pass the confirmation part asking if I was human. So keep missing out on resale tickets. App is constantly crashing

So many technical faults with this app makes it virtually impossible
Great app, vague everything else
First time using the app and I saw results pretty quickly and had plenty of offers. However, the interface is vague in the sense that when I reply to either accept or reject an offer there isn’t a confirmation as to what happens now? I’m redirected to the app again and there is nothing there to confirm what I’ve done or if the buyer has received my notification.
What would be even better is the option to rebuttal offers and not just either accept or decline…

The service is a 5 the app is a 1
The filters are limited and it doesn't load all the tickets at once. It keeps saying something went wrong. And the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app again
Great service
Twickets is a great app, I have sold once and bought many times through it….both processes were straightforward and it was very reassuring to know there was such strict measures in place to ensure resales are fair for both sides. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.
Terrible for sellers, great for buyers!
Despite listing my tickets (for a SOLD OUT event) for the exact same price I paid (on Twickets no less - had to buy two though only needed one), kept getting listing rejected as it was above face value. Must have submitted 15 times and showed increasing evidence of what I paid. Then I capitulated day of and listed face and it was rejected as event had started (though it is an All Day ticket and there are tickets for afternoon and evening). So many structural issues!

Terrible UI and UX
Clearly the UI has been designed by someone who’s never had to use this app. Why is there no search bar under ‘Find Tickets’ when I want to, I don’t know… find tickets? But there is one under ‘Explore’. Then I have to set up alerts (not in Find Tickets or Explore — this one is hidden under ‘Account’). Now, I can’t set an alert based on a search or filter, I need to separately add an alert for each event. And Olivia Rodrigo has a lot (thanks, teenage daughter). And after you set up each individual alert, you get sent back to the account screen, forcing you back to the alert screen, re-run the search, and try and remember which was the last date you picked. No multi select, no indication of which dates you already have alerts on. Nothing.

Got me into a lot of gigs but you need to do something about the bots
A lot of the time it’s impossible to get any of these no matter how quick you are
Selling tickets
Twickets is a great site have used it for both purchasing and selling tickets. My only issue is when selling tickets using my iPhone I find it impossible to send my email confirmation as an email or pdf and have had to then do this via a lap top. I’m sure I was able to do this much more simply in the past. Great customer service though!

Not fit for purpose
Poor processes, poor customer experience and poor app functionality. Allowing people to advertise tickets without seat numbers is crazy. Shocking.
First time buying!
I was nervous about making a purchase (and still will be until I get the tickets!!) but all went well and very easy. I always look on here for tickets - love this app!
Overtaken by Bots
I’ve tried for the last month to get tickets for something at the theatre, despite being as quick as I could be as soon as the notification came up the tickets were always gone. I’m convinced it allows but to buy tickets so I didn’t stand a chance.
