Rubbish app
It’s always been bad, almost like it’s been designed for iPhone 1. Now can’t list tickets as it’s not sending a verification code for my number despite asking for one

App doesn’t even work when trying to find a specific event (CarFest)
App freezes
App freezes on iPhone so can’t access anything, when it did work, tapping on my ticket alerts never did anything! They take a big cut too which bumps the price up more
Just does not work
I use the website, but I simply cannot open the app because of the suspicious activity filter. Using domestic WiFi, and I have never once sold a ticket for above face value on any platform. App is just literally unusable.
Great idea. Terrible app
So many things about this app tbh at I hate. 1. Not quick enough from getting a gig notification to being able to get the ticket. 2. Slow logo animation on load - get rid! 3. When you click to buy a ticket and get through to the payment screen you’ve no idea what location the ticket is in. You can’t go back otherwise you’ll lose the ticket! I can go on and on. Poor app.

No longer works
Only works on iOS 17 or above. I’m on iOS 16 with an iPhone 8. No more tickets for me then! Thank you Twickets!

iPhone users look like they cannot do the verification so miss out on tickets due to this
Waste of time
Some say the website is better. The app takes so long to verify you are a human (if the verification works) that tickets are already gone. Really feels like a waste of time.
Bugged out
FFS trying to buy tickets and I get hit with bugs every time I get the "are you human" check box.
Reinstalled, reset login, verified phone number (which was not obvious). Still no joy.
My phone is an iPhone 14 model so it's not like it's that old.

Rubbish App
App froze during sale would not allow me to go pass the confirmation part asking if I was human. So keep missing out on resale tickets. App is constantly crashing

So many technical faults with this app makes it virtually impossible
Great app, vague everything else
First time using the app and I saw results pretty quickly and had plenty of offers. However, the interface is vague in the sense that when I reply to either accept or reject an offer there isn’t a confirmation as to what happens now? I’m redirected to the app again and there is nothing there to confirm what I’ve done or if the buyer has received my notification.
What would be even better is the option to rebuttal offers and not just either accept or decline…

The service is a 5 the app is a 1
The filters are limited and it doesn't load all the tickets at once. It keeps saying something went wrong. And the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall the app again

Twickets is a great app, I have sold once and bought many times through it….both processes were straightforward and it was very reassuring to know there was such strict measures in place to ensure resales are fair for both sides. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.
Terrible for sellers, great for buyers!
Despite listing my tickets (for a SOLD OUT event) for the exact same price I paid (on Twickets no less - had to buy two though only needed one), kept getting listing rejected as it was above face value. Must have submitted 15 times and showed increasing evidence of what I paid. Then I capitulated day of and listed face and it was rejected as event had started (though it is an All Day ticket and there are tickets for afternoon and evening). So many structural issues!
