Apps not working, and safari not working, can’t access at all
Ive been using Twickets for a year but recently it’s been A WEEK that I can’t access to Twickets at all!! APP: Whenever I tried to click ANY event on my app and see if there’s any listings to buy it always gives me a blank page saying: We couldn't load this page, Give it another try or check out other events. For Safari: it’s the same!! When I tried to click the event then tick verify, it failed and says: Verification Required We couldn't verify your session. Please try again — if this keeps happening you may be behind a VPN or proxy that the site owner has restricted. I’m SOO UPSET ABOUT IT because I used to use Twickets every single day to grab theatre tickets and I bought nearly a hundred on it but now I don’t even know what I did wrong and the site has to block me like this??

Only PayPal
I can only use PayPal to make payment which is annoying - I tried to add a Halifax Visa card to make payment but the Twickets screen would not let me scroll down to confirm that this wasn’t a scam, it didn’t fit on the screen and to continue to payment - basic end user functionality that didn’t work was annoying.

No notification option on iPhone
My emails keep going to junk (which I know is my fault and can be fixed) however the iOS app does not currently support notifications. Please fix this I missed tickets this morning because of it
Great way to buy tickets but…
… the search / username is so plonky, surely it would be easy enough to rectify this?

There is no point to the app unless you can do something about the bots sniping tickets instantly
Rubbish app
It’s always been bad, almost like it’s been designed for iPhone 1. Now can’t list tickets as it’s not sending a verification code for my number despite asking for one

App freezes
App freezes on iPhone so can’t access anything, when it did work, tapping on my ticket alerts never did anything! They take a big cut too which bumps the price up more
Just does not work
I use the website, but I simply cannot open the app because of the suspicious activity filter. Using domestic WiFi, and I have never once sold a ticket for above face value on any platform. App is just literally unusable.
Great idea. Terrible app
So many things about this app tbh at I hate. 1. Not quick enough from getting a gig notification to being able to get the ticket. 2. Slow logo animation on load - get rid! 3. When you click to buy a ticket and get through to the payment screen you’ve no idea what location the ticket is in. You can’t go back otherwise you’ll lose the ticket! I can go on and on. Poor app.

No longer works
Only works on iOS 17 or above. I’m on iOS 16 with an iPhone 8. No more tickets for me then! Thank you Twickets!

iPhone users look like they cannot do the verification so miss out on tickets due to this
Waste of time
Some say the website is better. The app takes so long to verify you are a human (if the verification works) that tickets are already gone. Really feels like a waste of time.
Bugged out
FFS trying to buy tickets and I get hit with bugs every time I get the "are you human" check box.
Reinstalled, reset login, verified phone number (which was not obvious). Still no joy.
My phone is an iPhone 14 model so it's not like it's that old.

Rubbish App
App froze during sale would not allow me to go pass the confirmation part asking if I was human. So keep missing out on resale tickets. App is constantly crashing
