It a shame for uba not to have a well operating app. Money was mistaking sent to my uba account,I recieved alert for sms,nw I download the bank app,money didn’t show,I try downing another it asking for security code,I download secure pass app.

I download the app to use on the new UBA mobile app(apparently also trash) and in try to get the secure pass, it keeps saying I’m not eligible for it? Fire whoever thought of this or ask first bank for help.

The entire development team should be fired. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the intention of the bank and user experience. I would recommend that UBA simply buys one of the on the shelf e-token apps out there.
I don’t understand why UBA will disable my ability to make large transactions without prior notice and then ask me to download a non-functional app for secure token. What was wrong with password + pin + email/sms otp?

Awful
This is an awful app and it’s surprising because zenith easily does this and it’s much better to get a token online with them. Uba is piss poor, it also keeps saying “I’m sorry but there isn’t a way of authenticating you at the current time”. Disappointing
What a useless App😡
This app doesn’t work. I tried to set it up but it failed to recognize my used ID even after I was assured at a UBA customer service bank branch that it would work. This is so disappointing.

This app should not be downloadable. You will take your time and download the app, then it will ask for your username and country, and then it’ll tell you that you’re not allowed to get a token. Please don’t waste your time or data downloading this useless app. Apple store, please ban this useless app!!!

I checked the review of this useless app and saw it was all nonsense but still thought of downloading it. But to be honest, it is still rubbish. You can do better UBA, what’s the essence of creating an app when it won’t serve it purpose.

Why should I download an app only for it to tell me I’m not eligible and refuse to even open? What’s the point of creating a “secure pass” app if it’s not serving its purpose?
