Terrible app
This is a really terrible delivery service company. They use their background check process to deliberately provide false personal information to the background check companies, preventing you from getting the right to take orders online. The customer service representatives just make all kinds of excuses and refuse to help solve the problem, seriously violating consumer rights.

dont waste your time
i strongly discourage anyone from using uber , as its algorithm makes it impossible to actually earn any money , you will only get orders that are absurdly far for little pay. with that pay most of it goes towards gas anyway and you are left with very little , this app is aslo a saftey hazard as it seems to give orders mostly when you are traveling at high speeds , which these orders also interfere with navigation , you are not your "own boss" your a slave to an algorithm and are better off just getting a real job with real benifits instead of slowly destroying your car and wasting your time your not always guaranteed to make anything

Uber blocked my driver account after only ONE WEEK, labeling me as fraudulent with zero proof. I completed every single delivery, but their app is a mess: while you're driving, requests come in automatically and it's nearly impossible to use it safely. One day the app showed I had an order in my car when I had nothing — clearly an app glitch. I called support and nobody takes responsibility: no evidence, no explanation, no chance to defend myself. Just "permanently blocked." And today the supervisor treated me terribly, even suggesting I might have a criminal record, calling me fraudulent in a demeaning way — without verifying anything. I've been calling for two years asking for an explanation. This is how Uber treats the drivers who do their deliveries. If you're thinking about driving for them, think twice.
