Account permissions do not work

After logging into the account, it displays that the request has been sent to the admin, however no request was ever Received. The account is now unusable.

One of the worst app designs I’ve ever seen

It’s a really simple UI, normally all I want to do is unlock a door which is a magic disappearing button that doesn’t observe any conventions in app design

Hi, when you attempt to unlock the door, are you standing next to the UA Reader? As mobile unlock rely on Bluetooth connection, the unlock button can only appear when you are next to the UA Reader. If you are right next to the reader and the blue unlock button is not showing, please get in touch with us by creating a ticket at account.ui.com/requests and provide us with a recording showing the unlock button is not showing up when you near the reader, as well as the support file from both the Identity Enterprise app and the UA Reader.

Experiencing doorbell connection issues on every call

I have not been able to connect to any doorbell camera when it rings ever since this update. The screen stays greyed out and the mic and camera feed never come through. Right now this system is totally flawed and have no way of seeming who we are letting into the building.

Hi, sorry about the bad experience, make sure to update your Access and Protect Application as well as the UniFi OS on the UniFi Console to the latest version. If that didn't resolve the issue, please consider reaching out to us by creating ticket on account.ui.com/requests. Share with us the support file from both the Identity Enterprise iOS app and the UA Reader. Make sure to share with us the exact time of the doorbell call as well.

Peggior app mai vista sullo store

Abbiamo dispositivi unifi per l’accesso in ufficio ed è l’esperienza peggiore che io abbia mai avuto. Continua a chiedermi il login ogni ora e di conseguenza non posso aprire la porta dell’ufficio. Inoltre continua ad aprirsi Apple Wallet ogni volta che avvicino il telefono al dispositivo per la scansione NFC. E per non farsi mancare nulla, a volte anche se avvicino il telefono la porta non si apre, costringendomi ad aprire l’app.

Was pretty good until the most recent update

App worked pretty well, with users unlocking the doors primarily via shake or NFC. After the update, when shaking the device, it now requires you to also tap a notification before the door unlocks, a total step backward in functionality.

Horrible!!!!

I’m losing a major customer because signing in to identity enterprise and managing users is a nightmare!!! I can’t get super admins logged in and the mfa with the verify app is not working. The owner who has $50,000 invested can’t even see his own cameras. Then when I finally got it working for one of his employees they can’t use the “warp” feature on the AI-360 cameras which makes them worthless. I hate this app.

Too large for use case.

Work requires me to download this for building access. Half-gig of storage space burned to push one button to open a door. It’s nice that the service required app “Verify” is only 20mb.

Almost impossible to use.

Created with the intention of making it impossible for mortals to penetrate, this is a ridiculously bad UI, you have to spent hours learning how to use it.
