The app keeps logging me out and when I try to log back in it says “error, can connect to the server”, then I have to try logging back in multiple times before it finally works. Very frustrating!

Staff
The app has a flaw. When I look up staffing on a particular day and filter, I receive the information. If I want to change the filter, the app closes and I have to log in again. This started after the update.
Constant requiring ID and pass , very annoying
Got it for years and I have constant problem to get into my account , exactly when I have to look into my schedule

Terrible
This app is terrible, the login process takes forever and Face ID and remember me don’t work. If it was a true emergency my patient is more likely to have died before I was able to finish logging in to page a specialist.
Physician
Was working fine previously. Now there are about 7 or 8 steps to get logged on. Ridiculous.
Highly inconvenient
Says you can use FaceID or Stay Signed In, but have to go through a high maintenance, time intensive process to sign in every time. Ridiculous.
Much worse than Lightning Bolt
Just switched from Lightning Bolt to easy call. This is much less user-friendly. I have to login every time I open the application. Also, there is no monthly calendar view that is labeled with your daily schedule activities.
Automatic log out
Even after the recent update, the app is repeatedly logging me out. It’s a huge process to log in with my SSO since my organization requires two-factor authentication. This is an app to view work schedules. Come on now.
Its fair but needs help
First, there is NO iPad version. If I want to print out a schedule for home the current app isn’t very helpful

It doesn’t remember the prior state since I’m in a couple of schedules - this is important. It always defaults to the schedule by alphabetical.
There are lots of other little glitches and gotchas that are similar to that vein. Not very customizable.

Used to work well
It keeps logging me off even if I enable it to keep me logged in. We utilize this app multiple times a day and having to keep logging in is atrocious.
