Bad App
The App never opens - only shows a blank screen forever. Will recommend my provider use a different App for their customers.
Useless
App doesn’t work. Keeps refusing to recognize my username and password right after it let me update my password. No way to contact customer support through the app or even have a customer service phone number listed.
Unbelievable!
Now when you scan a UPC code instead of finding the item in the database it returns you to the homepage. Maybe instead of using a 3rd grader to fix it try using a 5th grader. It's just not that hard of a thing to fix.
Trying to sign in and set up account
Does not recognize my member ID!!!!!

Retailer search does not work. Scan product does not work. Terrible in every way possible.
Still the worst app
You would think with all these bad reviews the app coders would have fixed some of these problems. It is still the most frustrating app I have ever tried to use. I wasted so much time trying to just register. So, like most of the previous comments warn, don’t even try this app.

So I will admit that this app is pure trash. It looks like it was developed in the days initial release of the iPhone and never updated. After getting a little bit frustrated with the constant member ID rejections. I decided to call support. The solution is to enter only the numerical characters of your member ID!

Total Frustration
This app is totally worthless. After entering all of my data numerous times, it now errors out with “invalid plan information” even after it accepts the plan number. Argh! They need to provide better instructions on what plan info they need or have better customer service. I’m not wasting anymore time on this stupid app!

You can walk in to any box store and get the items way cheaper.
Why can’t this be a pass through for them?
Plus, having to enter your password every time is so lame. My stock trading account saves the password.
This app makes me dislike suma even more. Next year I’m getting on a different provider.
Oh, and their dental coverage is a joke. They don’t have anyone I want in network.

Worthless
I was excited to learn I could find local retailers covered under my plan, but this piece of pre-Alpha software returned nothing for my ZIP Code within 10 miles. When I typed in the name of a retailer that I KNEW was in my plan it still returned nothing. Don’t waste your time.
OTC App
I downloaded the App and immediately afterwards it took forever to browse the app. I gave the benefit of the doubt it was internet service, but it wasn’t. Even with 5G it’s extremely slow!!
Painful
Will not work well when out shopping when searching for products. Need to use desktop app and mobile app at home to determine what products can be purchased.

Only works sporadically. Scanner doesn’t work at all.

I agree with the other posts that say they should be honest and just tell people it doesn’t work. Go to the website if you need info. Don’t waste your time here.
Doesn’t work app
Tried everything I could think of to get this app to work but to no avail. Called online help and was told the app is working fine! NO it isn’t. Piece of junk program.
Limited browsing features
No back button on product page; have to start search again from menu. So frustrating! Pictures unavailable for products on category page. So once I tap to see a product, have to go back to menu & start all over again. Come on BCBSMT, find a better partner for this benefit for your subscribers.
Does not work
App will not allow you to login and when you select contact us no number appears.

Can’t get in
Last year this app worked really good this year. I cannot get in at all and it says to call and there’s no number to call. 🤬
