The service is good! The app is terrible
I always have to log in , it tells me I’m wrong when I’m not, i close the app, I log in, repeat a time or two, open the app, I’m logged in. Even though i put my Face ID in every time, that also doesn’t work, and now I’m logged out for trying too many attempts on my first attempt in months (my bill is automatic because of this)

My calls don’t come through, I have all sorts of issues with connectivity. No wonder they want you to buy a year in advance.
