Horrendous Customer Service
I will reiterate what has been said recently from people, customer service is AWFUL. They replaced my original ring which had an issue because it was within the year warranty period (I’m convinced this is the only reason why they even responded). The second ring has an issue that they have acknowledged and I have been in the AI loop of doom for almost 3 weeks now on the app and have been in an email purgatory for a week. No one is responding to me anymore, I have 5 different case/ticket numbers, and even the AI robot on the chat is just spewing the same response to me. It is a JOKE.
The app is also confusing and not user friendly, in my opinion.

Do not buy products from this company. They are poorly built and fall apart. They replaced my ring once and the replacement died 2 months later. Multiple attempts to reach their support led to no response other than their AI agent, which is no help and just puts you in a doom loop of new cases for the same issue.

Tracking isn’t accurate
I wear my ring much more than my Apple Watch, they are also worn on the same hand yet my watch reads DOUBLE the amount of steps VS the ring. At this point it’s junk and I’m regretting the purchase.
Please don’t install the app.
I ordered the M1 from them and it has been problems ever since. The AI in the app that responds to your questions cannot locate your order even with the order number. It sends you to a senior specialist who should respond in 48 hours but doesn’t for 6-7 days. Even when they respond, they can’t find your order. When they finally do, in the same email, they will write “the order is on its way” and “we will send you an email when it is shipped”. In the follow up email, they again cant find your order. Please use my email address to find the order. I placed an order 10 days ago and still dont know if it has been shipped or not. They wont cancel your order or ship it so we are stuck. Hopefully this review wakes up someone to tell me what is going on.
