Too many problems with the photo backup and mac time machine, almost doesn’t work
Photo backup does not work in background
Photo backup does not work in background, UniFi Endpoint application has to stay active and be activated manually for the backup to happen. Backup is slow, iPhone gets into screen save and process has to be restantes. A bit useless, need much improvement to be efficient.

Recently our HOA got this software, but as a landlord giving access to tenants is a nightmare. Coordinating with admin is a pain in the neck. I will not suggest this app to anyone
Annoying app
It is so annoying that you have to renew your credentials every few weeks. The most annoying part is that you find out it doesn’t work when you are already in the elevator and can’t stop at your floor
Enterprise account executive
The app randomly stopped working and will not allow me to unlock our office doors. Have tried resetting multiple times and it’s not changing anything

Buttons
I’m giving this app 3 stars because I really miss the camera icon the app used to have. With the old design, I could tap the camera icon immediately to view the live feed before unlocking the door.
Now, the app uses up and down arrows that open a small menu with only two options: Unlock or Live View. The buttons in that menu are too small, especially for people with larger fingers. More than once, I’ve accidentally unlocked the door instead of viewing the camera feed first.
This is a significant safety concern because I want to verify that it’s safe before letting in a visitor or delivery person. I hope the developers consider bringing back the dedicated camera icon or making the menu buttons larger and easier to tap.

Was great but then….
This app was real good but then photo backup just stopped working this is a core feature of the app when will this be fixed!!
Photo backup still broken
Photo backup hasn’t worked for months now. It endlessly prompts you to refresh the network which makes the app flicker but nothing else happens. Very disappointed that this is still an issue
Battery hog
Something gone wrong with this app. Using a lot of battery by running in the background despite being disabled in settings.
what happened?
The previous UI was so simple. Your new UI has made it more inconvenient to access the camera to see who’s at the door. Also, the app itself appears to be broken or inoperable. My wifi is working, but the app is saying it’s down. I tried to report an issue in the app, but it’s failing each time

Hello Ubiquiti, removing the Wi-Fi tile used for manually toggling Wi-Fi on and off—as well as displaying the Wi-Fi password—is a detrimental move! Users should retain the ability to control Wi-Fi manually, and the visibility of the password creates a risk of unauthorized devices connecting to the network. Reversing this decision as soon as possible would be highly desirable so that we can effectively work with UniFi again. Best regards.

Photo Backups
This function is consistently broken for some reason. No matter how many times I re-load the credential, it will eventually break again. Everything else appears to be working correctly although it is extremely bare bones as a Drive access application. Sad considering the cost of hardware for the app to be this terrible.

No History Access
UniFi Protect offers the history ability, where this is just current time only. Also, I cannot see multiple cameras at one time.
