Location services required

Employer switched to using this instead of a key card, now I have to have Bluetooth enabled and share location to get in.

Mobile backup is spotty

The app works great apart from Mobile Backup.

It will decide at some point that it’s not on the same network as the UNAS when it is, and then will refuse to work from that point onward through restarts and such. Only fix I’ve found was a UNAS factory reset but that’s hardly a solution.

Backup’s broken

I’ve been trying to get phone to unas backups working with support. With no luck. They keep telling me that they will fix it in the next release update but gave me no eta. Been an issue from day 1. They said it’s a known issue and have no fix for it or an eta. Expensive paper weight for me right now.

iPhoto Backup Bugged

iPhoto backup has been bugged for quite a few builds. Numerous forum posts on the Ubiquiti forums confirm. Ubiquiti do not appear to be able to fix this.

Was good but no longer backs up photos

No longer works

Great when it works!

Doesn’t always work. Relies on WiFi

Stuck in loop

Stuck in a refresh loop, looked it up to delete app and then reinstall and I did that and now the photo backup settings are gone and really no help for this at all as anything you find online is for older versions.

With a few tweaks - it would be perfect

We just installed a complete unified G3 based intercom access system in our community and so far we love it, but there are some glaring flaws in managing residents and visitors.

The biggest flaws we cannot select what features in the endpoint app we want a particular resident to have. For example, for registered owners of the house, they should be able to create a pass, answer a call, unlock the gate, etc. But for teenagers in the house, we want to be able to remove certain features from the application, such as create a pass. So they would be able to answer a call if it comes and open the gate, but they would not have privileges to create passes. We need this type of granularity in terms of what features are enabled or disabled. These features could be stored in a policy we create specifically for this type of situation.

And the entire creator pass workflow is missing critical features. Residents should be able to see a history of passes that have been used and upcoming passes that have been created. They also need the ability to revoke a pass rather than having to call admin to do that for them.

Perfect

This is a perfect service! Has never let me down and very very accurate!

Photo backup fully does not work

Won’t do anything other than say refresh to connect. Sometimes says NAS is not on the same network.

When it did work, the very first time, it requires the app the be in focus with the screen on.

Unable to backup photos

For some reason, photo backups have stopped working. I keep getting the error that I am not on the same network, when I am connected to the wifi. I can still access the NAS, so it isn’t a connection issue.

Opens wallet

If I put my phone up to an NFC reader it just opens my wallet automatically. Maybe make a card that can go in the apple wallet?

Doesn't work

always have to tap myself in

Too many bugs

Too many problems with the photo backup and mac time machine, almost doesn’t work

Liberate the Softphone

Please, consider the liberation of the Softphone.

Photo Backup still broken

After numerous complaints on the community forum backing up your iOS photos throws the following error “Please refresh to update connection status” and still failing to connect. People have been complaining for a few months now and are being ignored. Usually a restart of the UNAS 2 sorted it but with this version of the app it’s broken.

Help with setting a pin

I do not understand how to set a pin for entry. Neither does my building owner or property manager. Please assist. Thank you

Photo backup does not work in background

Photo backup does not work in background, UniFi Endpoint application has to stay active and be activated manually for the backup to happen. Backup is slow, iPhone gets into screen save and process has to be restantes. A bit useless, need much improvement to be efficient.
