Wastage of time

App is way slow as it can be. No functionality at all. No option to see credit card details in the app. No option to book EMI. Please look the other bank apps.

Language barrier

The customer care is based in places that don’t speak Hindi or proper English. They don’t understand simple English sentence, because of which I am in a big mess. Transactions converted to EMI are not converted and after repeated follow ups and reporting to manager and Nodal officer there is no update.

Review with suggestion

It’s very problematic always to use and it’s not good to use download different different aap for banking and credit card.
Kindly try to do merge with vyom aap .
