Works like it says on the box
Does as you’d expect it to - can track balance, make investment switches, message the support centre etc - breaks out to the website for some information such as investment option information, so on a purist scale - loses a point or two for the UX - but overall - it works well

Always there for me whenever I want a quick look at my balance or whether i need to change investments.

Very easy to use. I particularly like the immediate balance and monthly graph on opening the app.

UniSuper continues to refuse funds generated overseas forcing me to pay administration on two different super funds. These funds are $AU and UniSuper should not be treating them differently. Very poor business practice.

The design of the app is very clean and intuitive. Enjoy the presentation of my super account. Wish I could eventually change investment allocation on the app itself rather than being redirected to web browser.

Dark mode app icon & LG
Love the functionality of this app, but I’m leaving a 1-star review for now as a bit of a nudge to get a dark mode icon and Liquid Glass support implemented. It’s a great tool, but the icon really sticks out on a dark home screen and breaks the clean, standardized look I’m trying to keep across my phone. I’d love to see it updated with those modern UI touches so it blends in better with the rest of my setup. I’ll be the first to update this to 5 stars once it’s looking a bit more current!

Login interface - Doesn’t work
The login site is missing the word in front “member.”
Really bad app
Constantly fails to connect saying I am not connected to the internet YET i then connect through the website
The Uni Super App is 100% Certified Fresh
If I wasn’t with uni super, I would literally change funds based on the UX of the app. I genuinely feel like my retirement savings are better off because it’s an app I want to use.
Feel secure
Been with UniSuper for a long time since working in the University system and have always felt secure with good returns on investment and since retirement the flexi pension suits my needs perfectly.
Dark mode app icon!!
I’ve been using this app for a while and the core features work well, but the interface is starting to feel outdated compared to the rest of the OS. It really needs to be updated with Liquid Glass support and a DARK MODE APP ICON!! It’s nearly 2026 people…
Right now, the app feels flat and disconnected from the system's modern aesthetic. Adopting Liquid Glass would add that necessary depth and translucency, making the experience much more immersive and visually consistent with other premium apps. It’s a 5-star utility trapped in a legacy design. Hoping to see this addressed in the next update!

Won’t stay open
I can’t get the App to work on my phone… go through the entire setup through to fingerprint verification and then while I can see the App starting to load the whole App shuts down.
Very frustrating…
I have the correct iOS system and have tried deleting the App and starting again… same problem.
Have even set up new password etc directly with UniSuper… same problem. Hope you can help. Kirsty
