Used to be good
This app used to be so good. Now all it tells me is “there was a delay” I would love if I was actually able to see the devices connected or heck if I ever needed to change my password quick. Fix this app!

This app used to be great. But updates have taken away device metrics, parental controls, and god forbid you have to replace your equipment or change any settings because you just get hit with “There was a delay”

Every time there’s an update, it just gets worse! Can’t do anything on this app. Always “There was a delay try again” pop up.
Frustrating more and more
At first this app worked just fine in every way. Then it slowly started getting worse and worse. First it was devices not showing up on the list of electronics and now it’s loading nonstop and then failing to load. Fix your app.
Great service, horrible app
I despise this app. Occasionally it will work on the first try, but usually it doesn’t and I have to try several times to change a setting on my kids devices. Beyond frustrating. The internet service itself is fantastic, but the app takes so much away from it.
Fix the app
App barely works most of the time. Super frustrating when you’re trying to change time limits and can’t even do that!
Connected devices
App has an issue with showing all connected devices now. Makes it a big problem not being able to turn the internet back on for certain devices. Now I cannot get my TV’s wifi back on until it magically appears one day.

What is the point if you can’t pay the bill from here
Can’t see connected devices
This app used to show me all connected devices but no longer gives me any information other than that my network is connected. It’s useless now.
United Fiber Wi-Fi APP
Great APP with a few exceptions. Bandwidth testing does not update 8 out 10x’s. Devices blocked will still show online. Shows devices that should be online not online & vise versa. However United Fiber AWESOME company!

Constant buttons toggling on & off by self as well as says no devices connected and router constantly kicks me offline when we leave our home.love the UNITED FIBER THEIR AWESOME
Stopped working
App worked fine but suddenly stopped working and now I can service the router
Can we get a reset button?
It would be nice if there were a reset button in the app for the router. If there is such a button, then maybe make it easier to find.
