Very disappointing
We have travelled from England. Waited 4 hours to get on the Fast and Furious ride. We were not told it was being tested as we entered the queue. Very, very disappointing experience and this universal is awful compared to Florida!! Would not recommend to anybody x

’m disappointed; I’ve been waiting two months for the opening. I think it only opened for the weekend. They first said it would be June 26th, then "this summer"—but summer is almost over and it still hasn't happened. I went today, but there were technical issues with the Transformers ride, and the Harry Potter one was closed

Comming specialy for fast and furius ride, and This one remane close for technical issues. Its not acceptable specialy with the price of the tickets.
Issue
App is fine, but every time I get my QR code scanned in the park, my iPhone brightness drops down all the way which makes it impossible to see in the bring California sun. Please fix this function.

Sweating to death
Not enough shaded areas to eat food near Jurassic world and the mummy. Maybe some managers should experience the park as a customer on a hot day and see where the missed opportunities are for customer relief from the heat

Frequently kicks you out in middle of purchase, navigating, etc… inconvenient and annoying

Wasted our time and money. Kept saying a problem with items on our cart when we tried to buy tickets. It took 5 times! Kept entering info over and over again.
Then we tried to buy express pass and same problems. Finally gave up. Then in the morning tried again to buy express pass, same problems. Had to buy it at the park but had to pay more and lost early access time and ride time. Please fix this!!!
