Japanese Notifications
App is great but Notifications are only in Japanese, just found out there was a fast pass still available 9 hours later when I finally had the time to Translate it… add English support and other languages if you want to sell this
Very handy app
The live map which shows where you are in real time is an absolutely brilliant feature. Would give this 5 stars if only the map could be programmed to get you to a destination. This is a must have app if visiting universal studios Japan
App so bad it ruins whole experience
This app is trash you try to buy tickets in the app and then still have to QR code scan them back into the app. It constantly tells you that you must get the app to use it. It’s also terribly confusing! Don’t come to USJ Japan.
Disappointed
So complicated to use the app.. Japan is supposed to be advanced but I can barely navigate the USJ app.. can’t pre-plan my day and getting a Super Nintendo ticket is next to impossible.. the links don’t work so well and everything keeps reverting back to Japanese when I’ve changed to English.. god knows how the day will go inside Universal

Ce serait bien que les développeurs d une app la vérifie avant de la lancer sur le marché. Lors du scan du QR code, aucune fonctionnalité pour donner accès à lancer caméra. Une erreur de débutant!

Not easy to use.
I have fast passes and I’m trying to register but it doesn’t have an area to set it up. Would like to map out my day in advance. Should look at the Disney app it is much easier

If i use this app to buy the tickets into the park, the QR code should
automatically save inside the app and be used easily. Instead you’ve gotta jump through 100 hoops to find the tickets or go through my emails to find tickets i brought months ago lol. sort it out mate

안녕하세요!최근에 폰을 바꿨다요..근데 너무좋은데 60분 이하가 110분 이렇게 뜨네요.그리고 어린이들은 110분을 몇시간 몇분이지?라는 생각도 해서 1시간 10분 이런식으로 해 주세욥 전 유트브 찌그러 갑니다 하린 뷰 월드 치면 나와요~^^

It should be the first thing that pops up when you open the app. It’s unusable if you can’t read.

Poor
Universal Studios is hugely overpriced. Despite buying an Express Pass, we still had to wait close to 10 hours to access Super Nintendo World. Poor value and a frustrating experience. Never again.
